    Goodness gentlemen!

I do not expect any of you will ever understand fully what was involved in the case you're undoubtedly referring to here, but I'll begin by inviting any of you to call me. You can reach me through my ad. I welcome your comments. I believe that you'll discover I'm not the villain so easily imagined by the exchange here.

To the contrary, those who know me best, those who continue to authentically arrange time to meet me for equally authentic experiences, would paint an entirely different image.

The said individual who contacted me caused me to lose a considerable amount of time and money. He was able to do this by contacting me weeks in advance, being dishonest, and winning my trust. Like several others who've done this before, he waited until only minutes before the arranged meeting and then ceased all communication. Apparently, some individuals who do this enjoy the sense of exhilaration experienced by setting up a meeting time and place. One guy admitted that he used the excitement to masturbate; look him up on the Bad Boy Report (I believe he went by 'Tim in Cincinnati). He was especially proficient in the nuances of prevarication

Typically, we simply absorb the loss and chalk it off to experience. It isn't glamorous. Even worse are the experiences of my fellow colleagues who are physically mistreated, some after driving hours to arranged meeting places and never compensated. I'm not appealing to any sense of pity, simply your understanding.

I can count the number of times I've spoken up about my experiences with flakers on two fingers. This is one of them.

For those of you who think it's to be expected and that we should just accept it, I ask you to reflect a moment. What might you suggest in this case? I'm willing to listen, apply your advice, and let you know how it works.

I invite those of you still reading to check out the reviews guys have written after meeting me. Some of them have met me multiple times and still have plans to do so in the future.

Lastly, check out the track record of professionalism that I've established with the various directors and production companies that I've worked with for over four years. Talk to the performers and production assistants that can vouch for me in this regard. And if you are still not convinced, post a comment on Twitter asking fans about the personal correspondence I've had with them over the years. I'm willing to stand up to the test.

In the meantime, I'm currently trekking through the Northeast and available.

    XXXOXXO,
    Max

P.S. Have any of you heard about the wicked popcorn flavored protein shakes that I make. Ask Mike Gaite about them.

Would those phone numbers (of the clients he shamed) show up in a google search?

I just searched one of the numbers and it didn't show up on google. He posted it 5 days ago.

Exactly... besides he could send a donation to the escort for him to remove it or sue his ass off.

Austin Wolf had similar behavior with other flaky clients.

I had an experience recently with a very dominant escort- he really showed me who was boss. The experience wasn't choreographed. It was just what he does. Nontheless, I never perceived that I was powerless or that anything was happening that I hadn't signed on for.

I know exactly what you mean, but I disagree that such men are necessarily blue collar. Unfortunately, what I call "organic dominance" can quickly become attempted rape if you're not careful.

The first step on the right path might be to understand the correct use of the verb dominate and the adjective dominant.

Gotta say the greatest massages that I have ever received (and I have had hundreds) were from the late Glenn Wilson of Tucson, Arizona. He had very limited Esalen training and some Lomi Lomi. Some guys just have the touch. When Arizona went to licensing about 15 years ago he did not bite and chose to remain unlicensed. So if you asked Glenn for his license he would have come up short on that test. There are many trained masseurs (I have 1,200 hours) who choose not to license because then they have something to take away from you and also it is best to leave licensing to those who are playing that game. Also sometimes strictly therapeutic masseurs, as I am sure some of you have experienced, will exclude whole portions of your body (glutes come to mind) or spend 80 percent of the time working on your back. It is trial and error. Also many great M4M masseurs do have reviews on yelp so do your research (google by phone number.) Like many thing in life it is trial and error.

If I, in general have at least three appoints before I make the trip then I’ll keep it. Everything else will fall in line at that point.

DC is hit or miss for me, and ALWAYS expensive to stay in. My clients seem to want me in Dupont Circle, and I almost always end up spending $500 a night for a hotel. I could get something for $350-400 probably, but the downgrade in quality just never seems worth it. If I have to spend a TON of money on a hotel, at least it better be a good one where I can feel I enjoyed myself... I always feel like such an idiot if I pay $350 for a dump. So generally it’s like $500 a night for me to host in DC. Combine that with the hit or miss nature of the town, and I typically just skip it nowadays. Hardly worth the hassle. Or I visit my friends who live in town, eat amazing Ethiopian food, and don’t even advertise the trip to clients.

I’m very fond of BWI, though, which is very nearby to DC. I get a much more consistent response there, and hotels are damn cheap! Nothing interesting to do there except fuck, but hey... that’s ideally what I’m there for!

Yes, everyone who tours regularly has cities that just don’t work for them. I used to have a big fan base in Atlanta that almost never translated into bookings (max 1 per visit, compared to dozens of guys contacting me throughout the year to ask me to visit).

San Francisco has also oddly never been that great for me, maybe just too flooded with other options? Maybe I’m nothing special to SF guys? Strange... because I do well in other competitive/expensive markets such as Chicago, NYC, and LA. But SF is always like... meh, here’s one booking for you during your entire 5 day stay in town. I’m about to spend an entire month there tho, which I’ve never done before, so I’m curious to see if that changes anything for me.

I personally lost more than half of my advertising venues when SESTA got passed, so who knows if my comments are even relevant anymore. The whole game is changing now...

For me, any client can be an anchor client. I have a 2-3hr minimum and that’s enough to cover all my expenses and then some. My business model is intentionally designed that way, tho, since I primarily tour whenever I’m working and my offering is quite niche. Plus I really can’t teach a newbie with a fantasy for bottoming who is too tight in the ass to even let my tongue in there to relax enough to take a dick or have a prostate orgasm in any less than 2-3 hours. Just not enough time. Mostly not enough time for him to get comfortable enough to relax properly. It’s a win-win where I get my anchor client every time, plus I get enough time to actually work my magic, which means the client ultimately gets what he wants too.

Maybe I would feel differently if I were cis or my offering wasn’t so incredibly niche, but I don’t think I can ever go back to touring around the country offering one hour sessions and counting on last minute bookings to turn a profit. When I was in my early 20’s, that was def an exciting hustle, but Grandpa is almost 29 and needs more security nowadays... :p:p or maybe I just lost my patience for it.

I use online scheduling for doctors, car service, etc.

I agree with @Eric Hassan 's comments regarding personal approach. I'll add a different, even sour, perspective for potential escort scheduling.

Dont do it. The internet is a great development. But one of the side effects is a "little thought, no consequences" attitude to online activities. Escorts who open themselves for online scheduling are going to have as many fake appointments as they get worthless inquiries. Itll be even easier for nervous clients to just no-show. Etc etc.... think of all the wasted time with inquiries/contacts.

The only way I see online scheduling not being a total waste of rentguys' time is with a financial obligation to book, much like airlines. And that ain't happening.

Eric - you are very smart. There are still certain things in life that require a personal touch for a worthwhile experience. Also, should a potential customer know your schedule to see just how busy (or not) you are? This poses problems for both parties. There are certain things that should be kept private.

That's why I don't participate in the shaving and adding numbers game. Its bull shit and I refuse to play it....EVER! My height, weight, sick size and age are all accurate. And there's a number of people on the board who can voucher for most of all. If someone does not show up as advertised or can't perform send them home. I don't know why this is just a hard concept to follow. If you buy a TV and it doesn't work would you keep it?

Even if "I'm available" I'd likely need a couple of hours before I could meet a client. I'm likely doing other activities concurrently and not just sitting at home waiting for a client to book me... And I do prefer advanced bookings whenever possible so I can plan for it accordingly .

I definitely prefer advanced bookings. It’s way easier for me to schedule something than to randomly be ready to run. Especially since I’m very much willing to travel anywhere in NYC, but certain parts can certainly take time to get to by train from wherever I’m at.

I feel like I tend to get contacted by people who are looking for right now. I believe I missed out on at least two clients this week because they reached out to me while I was at my day job and they were looking for right now. Ah well.

I prefer to plan things out as well. Even a few hours heads up helps out alot. I want to look my best and that's not going to happen if someone contacts me at 10pm and asks for me at 1030pm. Not to mention I'm in California where traffic is always a Hot Mess! When I get those "Right Now" requests....I take a moment...look at the time and carefully evaluate how long it will take me to comfortably get ready and arrive. I communicate that. If they say that is not soon enough...I appologize and wish them luck...and turn my Hulu back on and continue with my evening. It is interesting that there is a different mentality between A4A and RM though as far as preference for "Right Now" or "Planning ahead". I don't advertise on A4A right now, so I don't know of that experience. Hearing about the preference of others on RM I feel that my ad is on the right site. lol

I've only been at it for a year. But so far it's been a mixed bag. With Memorial Day coming up I am curious too. I'm finding busier times actually come for us due to what conventions are going on in town more than a holiday though. Probably onto something about clients being busy with friends or families during Holidays.

I used to think that quasi-holidays (Columbus Day, et al) were good for work: half the couple is off to work and the other half gets it off (as it were).
