Agree. And to reiterate, the therapeutic massage is of C- quality. Seems like a nice guy, but his price/service are substantially mismatched even in today’s inflated market. 

He sounds like an arrogant hot guy with minimal skills who’s workin’ it. If he weren't hot, people would be calling him a hustler.

Nice guy, but very expensive for…not much. The $250 “sensual” option probably isn’t what you think it might be. For that, you apparently need to bring in the “partner” starting at $400. Also, his MF ad has a photo of a massage table in room that does not exist in his apartment. What is the point of that?  
The massage itself is amateur. No obvious training. Just some light pinching.

His $200 hourly rate is a bit high for someone that seems to be a newbie masseur with no client testimonials.

I suggest having the exact amount whenever seeing someone for the first time, precisely for this reason.
And if someone is an exceptionally assholesque, as in blocking you, deleting your review, or not delivering what they promised, they deserve a fake appointment from another number that you cancel 15 minutes into it, with a message of your choice. Think of this as community service. They need to understand that there are consequences to scamming their clients.

He blocked me before I left a true rating.  Literally as I was leaving.  I’m sure he sensed that I wasn’t too happy. That’s how you keep ratings up on Rentmasseur — block the bad. 

So I tried him out on Saturday.  Massage was mediocre and all he did was rub the same area over and over with his forearm.  60-min massage and he started at 10 after the hour and finished at 45 after the hour for a total of 35 mins of actual work.  Then a simple rub and tug.  I paid $220 -- $200 and $20 tip as I still tip even if the service is trash.  
Interestingly enough he blocked me on Rentmasseur following the service before I could leave a rating on there.  So here we are.  

Ugh!  Another one down.  Next!

Well we played a bit and then he proceeded to give me massages before he ended the season last night. I could overlook his lack of interest in conversation and the small attitude because he is pretty hot. Unfortunately I was forced to leave before I was satisfied. Assuming his story about his wife is true, I was interested to spend more time with him  and explore other possibilities with him. 

This is totally confusing. Your said you booked an overnight with him last night and bailed after one hour of mediocre massage (my characterization).
He said his wife was coming so that ended things. Then you suggested another overnight with him. This is  crazy. He at least had the good sense to say he wasn't interested in trying another overnight with you.
 

I have no dog in this race, but if he was he described in the first part of your comments, why on earth would you contact him to set up an overnight?!
