It's a mystery how they (yeah, many others have the same issue) can be 5'10" on one site and 5'8" on another. I hate this, it's not unimportant, it sends a bad signal. Plus I am 6'4", which is typically somewhat challenging for guys under 5'10", so I avoid hiring them.

He also shrunk from 6' to 5'8", red flags all over.

I've been getting massages for a looong time, and I can summarize my experience & advice in the following way: Look for guys that you find hot (especially if you aren't into huge muscles, 0% fat gym guys, aspiring models, porn stars, etc.) whose pix are obviously self-made and seem recent, they charge UNDER $200 an hour, and check both therapeutic and erotic boxes on RM. It is also desirable if they mostly stay local or if they travel within a limited region, that signals that they want to establish a loyal & long term clientele. Then check this site. If you find bad reviews here, skip them and never look back. If the reviews are good, go for it. If there are no reviews, make sure to politely but firmly establish via text what (e.g. HE, nudity & mutual touch) is included in the rate that they give you. This dude doesn't check therapeutic, charges at least $200 (based on the reviews), and his pix are too professional and suggest modeling aspirations. I would so pass and not even think much about it.

Note also the added ambiguity with respect to the rates, if the massage is strictly therapeutic, why not list them? And why list body stats and say on PrEP & Daddy?

This forum rocks, he is now in Tampa. Model looks & picture portfolio combined with frequent changes of location (and/or name) are major red flags in my book. Remember to use your big head 😉

Ridiculous rates IMHO. This is actually worse if the reviews are fake, it shows actual aspirations and "business model."

I am SO grateful for this site! Now in Tampa and lists $170 an hour while carefully hiding the types of massage he offers. I've always thought that the dreaded "now you can finish yourself" that many Russian masseurs will tell you in the end is one of the most demeaning things you could be in for when getting this service, but suggesting that the client can JO for an additional $60 leaves it in the dust. If he is THAT disgusted by it, why not simply turn around? Or not mention it at all. He should offer strictly therapeutic, but then he couldn't charge more than $120. A classical case of "hate the job, love the money." No wonder he has to move so often.

I think you made a good decision. With these rates, there should be nothing left to discuss, it should be an automatic yes. I suspect his business model is based on aggressive upcharges, which is a major turnoff for me. And what's up with $10 for 30 additional minutes beyond 60, is he math challenged or something?

I contacted him a couple of months ago, but he wouldn't discuss any sensual aspects before the actual meeting. I didn't pursue it further, his "baseline rates" seemed way too high to be non-committal wrt what they included. I'd be curious to hear more, though, maybe I got a wrong vibe?

I have to say that I am with you on this 100%. If everyone did this, we'd get rid of the scammers pretty fast. In fact, I have started fucking back recently and it feels great. I do 1 to 3 fake appointments depending on how assholy they were and whether they get the message. If they continue to be nasty, they get more fake appointments until they fold. I am even thinking about starting a topic "Scammers that I fucked back" ;-).

There are some. Andrew in NYC, Nikola in Chicago, Alexy in FL, Brad in Pittsburgh. Can't think of any other. One of my favorites was Anthony in NYC, but it seems he is no longer in business 😞
