  1. More blatant prospecting. Plus the whole ad just doesn't feel right: https://rentmasseur.com/Frankey I still find it puzzling, why would this shit pay off?
  2. Similar experience with vague answers like "downtown" instead of telling me the fucking hotel so I can figure out how long it would take me to get there. The worst part was that he tried to push a 4-handed massage with his partner and became unpleasant when I declined. Then I aborted the attempt to schedule a massage, which he didn't like but, oh well... I am officially done with masseurs traveling in pairs, never a good experience for me.
  3. I like to look for hidden gems in Chicago and elsewhere. But that's risky business given how few gems there are, which makes this site so valuable. Our paths will cross later this week so I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Cooper: https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/34301/ Thanks, PM me if you prefer!
  4. Bump! PM me if you prefer.
  5. This is a really good gig for a lot of guys, especially in other parts of the world. I wouldn't be surprised if a guy pulls his brother or cousin who looks very similar. I had an awful experience with a "masseur" in New Orleans. It turns out his brother is a very successful and--from what I could see from the reviews--pretty good masseur in DC. The guys look very similar and could get away with using the same pix.
  6. Bumping this, anyone have any experience with Tyler?
  7. I think this is the most likely explanation of the different experiences here: You guys saw different guys! I've had a recent experience in NYC where I texted with one person whose English was perfect but then the masseur turned out to be a completely different story. We could barely understand each other, but he was the guy shown in the picture (really hot, btw), excellent masseur, and it ended up being a nice experience. "His location" was a midtown apartment that's obviously used by multiple guys and he actually lives in Brooklyn. I'd see him again, if I could be sure that he would be the one to show up. And I'd do an outcall, it was suboptimal to be at that nondescript drab place. On another occasion, I wanted an outcall to my hotel. The texting was smooth, but the guy who showed up wasn't the one from the ad and his English was again really bad. I said no thanks and sent him on his way without paying anything. He didn't protest, he wanted to call "his boss" but I declined any further business. It seems to be a new "business model," and it's a hit or miss from the client's perspective. Caution advised in any case.
  8. Bumping this, anyone seen this guy?
  9. I saw him like a year ago, so here is an edited previous post: Straight dude without a permanent base, traveling around with his dog and staying at cheap motels. OK therapeutic massage but really awkward and super-mechanical in all other respects. He shouldn't even be trying to do m2m massage in my books, but then he couldn't charge $120 an hour. A firm no repeat for me, at any price :-( He seems to be traveling with his girlfriend now, I see he is offering 4-hands m+f, which wasn't the case before, I don't think I would have tried.
  10. Still seems fishy, Huntsville, Modesto, Louisville? Odd choice to say the least. While NYC is home, wtf? He could have included Fairbanks too, given that he commutes on a supersonic jet. This seems like a scam. I think someone imagining they look sufficiently close to this will show up for the appointment, and that's probably your BEST case scenario. But I'd love to be proven wrong, especially if his home is really NYC.
  11. Yes, Easter and Christmas are similarly big deals over in Europe. In America, Christmas is a much bigger deal than Easter for some reason. Having said that, I'd be inclined to tip extra undisirrigardless. It's an important day to many so let's spread some cheer. Especially if the masseur comes up with an interesting thematic touch, like massaging you on "a cross" or (gently) whipping you or something ;-)...
  12. I actually tried. You text back and forth with someone else whose English is very good. Then you meet him and it turns out that his English is seriously limited. But the massage was good, I've never had someone massage me with such vigor and energy. He is also friendly, pretty relaxed, and accommodating. He also seemed smart so my guess is that his English will be improving rapidly, at least for 1-on-1 communication when you meet if not for texting to set up the appointment. He massaged me in the nude but wasn't very much into interaction. I might try again when in NY, just to see the development, the potential is definitely there. And yeah, it seems that the boss with whom you text rents an apartment in midtown for multiple masseurs so I'll most likely try an outcall next time. PS He is hot, pix are pretty accurate, even if he is not as ripped as in some of them.
  13. I've had 6-7 experiences that I absolutely hated and couldn't wait to be done. Several of those have left this business because it apparently wasn't for them, but surprisingly many are still hanging on. I'll be very specific: This one was an awful, whiney, affectatious, self-centered diva with seriously fake reviews on masseurfinder: https://www.masseurfinder.com/members/anjred.shtml PS Updated links, no wonder they keep changing their names: https://rentmasseur.com/anjrped https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/18208/ Slightly less whiney but still very catty and unpleasant, plus completely out of shape wrt to these old pictures: https://www.masseurfinder.com/members/alexchicago.shtml Serious hygiene issues, plus he couldn't stop yapping, I felt like I should incinerate my sheets afterwards, but the upside was that I learned to become much more careful with outcalls: https://rentmasseur.com/Fire_Insyde I'll post links to others if they ever resurface
  14. OK, the scams are becoming ridiculous: https://rentmasseur.com/Rogerscott So, we have a combination of apparently stolen pictures and these ridiculous stats: Age: 35 Ethnicity: Caucasian Body Type: Chubby Height: 5'9" - 174 cm Weight: 130lbs - 52 kg ... And this "chubby" 130lbs (wtf?) person aspires to serve no less than DC, LA, and Indy over the next month :-)
  15. SERIOUSLY?! Having to hunt for a ride on a keycard elevator in order to get to your $160 an hour appointment? WTF? I think this is beyond unacceptable, it is rude and obnoxious. Sorry, bud, if it turns out that your hotel has a keycard elevator, it is YOUR JOB to figure out how to get your customers up. And if you don't want to deal with it, make sure the hotel has open access elevators before booking.
  16. Meh. Mediocre massage, not that hot and not an engaging personality either, so I wasn't into anything sensual, although I got a sense it was available. He massaged in the nude from what I remember, but the fact that I am not sure kinda says it all...
  17. Here we go again, one more guy with a private Concorde covering LA, Detroit, and Indy all at the same time: https://rentmasseur.com/Joshmic PS And if he is able to teleport himself, I am sure he could find a more lucrative line of work than giving massages.
  18. It could be that some grab-the-money-and-run masseurs are trying to compensate for the increasing fees of (those bastards at) masseurfinder.com in this way? A good masseur that does this seriously and gets many clients each week has no intention of jacking up his rates just because masseur.com is charging him $20-40 more per month, that would make no sense. But if you get few massages, usually because you are bad or unknown, that's a whole different story. I do have to note that my favorite masseurs have held their rates constant for a number of years now. Jake and David in Chicago, Brad and Anthony in NYC, and Alexei in Miami. And yeah, they are all in the $130-160 range, but I think it's justified. To echo all-American above, the worst is when someone charges you $130-140 for a massage that's neither sensual nor therapeutic. Too many guys apparently think this is easy money and get way over their heads.
  19. His pictures seem vaguely familiar and are probably old (note the more mature guy in the last picture) so I am curious if anyone has had any experience. Did he appear under a different name and in a different city previously? https://www.masseurfinder.com/members/tyler4298.shtml

Typical, thank you SO much, you just saved me (the very precious) time in NYC and, of course, money! With all the great choices over there, it's really frustrating to get a "meh" experience instead...

Bumping this, has anyone tried? Going to NY soon so looking for a new experience, in addition to revisiting an old favorite, Brad or Anthony :-)
  22. Has anyone tried, or at least requested a selfie to confirm?
  23. I think one can always anonymize his negative review by avoiding details that are too specific. A masseur that stood up one client is very likely to do the same to others. So, maybe wait a little (to avoid being fresh in the masseur's memory), but then say what you have to say. On this site, of course, because MF is a waste of time anyway.
  24. Why not make a semi-funny remark when you turn around? That's the point at which it's obvious to both of you that both of you know what's going on. He knows that you know that he knows it, so say something like "pardon my excitement" and/or "does this happen often with other guys" etc. Then see how he responds...
  25. Brad is one of my all time favorites, competent masseur, friendly, smart, and hot. Plus he is really my type, so that helps too. The downside is that you have to travel up north but the neighborhood is nice and kinda cool to discover. I also like Anthony from massagem4m, these are my two favorites that I revisit whenever back in NYC. Although that Alex hottie is really tempting too, might include him next time, I am surprised nobody has tried yet. I think your comparison of that other Russian Luka to a massage chair in a mall is way too generous. To him, of course, not the chair. I hated every minute of our interaction.
