I have enough evidence from him committing Credit Card Fraud and writing two bad checks. If i report him then I would be putting myself at risk for prosecution. This is a endless cycle of abuse and because the law protects him from being charged. I hope this thread protects providers from losing money and time like the 20+ people that have affected by him.

I was stupid; I thought by me sending a invoice by square to his email where he types in his credit card via online portal I would be protected. He lives in Burke VA and wants you to come over at 1:30 in the morning so his mom is sleeping.

Q He goes my Ivan and julient. He has over 15 phone numbers listed under his name or his mothers. I sent him three invoices for Massage’s packages through Square, I paid using Discover then 2 months later he disputed the charges. He then wrote me 2 checks which were fraudulent.

It pains me to bring this up but I need to let providers know that live in the DC area be careful with a certain client in Burk VA. I know of 6 providers including me who lost 30k in donations from a client who is committing bank fraud, bad checks and credit card fraud. This client has paid providers with fake checks, in my case he disputed charges 2 months later. Miraculously his mom died and then came back to life, and tons of ridiculous lies and threats. He also has videotaped every provider without consent. I had to move as I didnt feel comfortable with this guy knowing where I live. I cant report him or go to the police so now I am out thousands and now have a sociopath stalking me. I won’t put his name or his address in this thread, because I don’t want there to be any types of harassment towards him and to protect me legally.

Going forward massage client appointments will always take priority. If the Ec client doesn’t communicate or confirm the day of I’ll book someone else. I am just used to when a client wants a appointment they book and show up. I am still new to EC style of services anyway.

I could not have said it better than what you just said. The client in question that did not show up just emailed me back with just “sorry “.. No explanation on why he flaked.

Actually there’s tons of guys requiring a deposit. It has nothing to do about texting ; My gripe is a appointment is confirmed then a client doesn’t show up or even communicate they have to cancel. I always give clients a second chance unless they ghost or flake. If a client is a no show and they try to book again they have to prepay. Some of them do but most don’t. Just like a eye doctor or doctors office if you no show or cancel without proper notice they charge a fee. When it comes to EC clients I will only see 2-4 clients a week. If I am not in the headspace I won’t book any clients as my Massage business keeps me very busy as well as managing a photo studio.

I amended for my ways and errors years ago and apologized that I was not on time and made you wait outside of my apt for 5-10 mins as I wasn’t ready.
