I have no idea what’s going.. The past two weeks I had a client say his wife just left and he wants to talk and have sex. Other clients asking for videos and nude pics.. I never had to deal with this in DC. I recently moved to NYC and I have had so many no shows and just creepy questions I won’t even type here. I agree with you except if one advertises for massage or advertises as a escort. When I hire guys for a massage I ask if it’s sensual / erotic and then book. If something happens that’s great but I am there for a massage. I am not looking to hire a escort. When clients book me they know they are getting a great massage and I don’t escort. There are a lot of guys that advertise massage therapy; That have no idea how to give a massage so they give escort lite services. I am pretty open to what to expect when clients book me.

Exactly why I wont share to much information. Even if I lose a booking the fear of it being a sting is to great. It obvious on what I offer as I am on the gay massage site and not rent.men.

When clients ask for details. I tell them a full body nude massage. If they ask “Are you nude” I respond it’s a full body nude massage. That’s the only details I give as I won’t take a risk exposing more. Most guys read between the lines and some don’t. My biggest pet peeve is when a client text me wanting right now. Sadly I can’t work on now schedules. I need a 1 hour notice as I have another business and I tend to be busy. I have a client in the FBI that told me don’t say anything more.

When I was escorting I would rather take the massage client to be honest. 30% of my escort clients would flake while my massage rate is at 99% that would show up. I also love being a massage therapist and when it came to escorting I had some wonderful clients, But I had a lot that were aggressive, abusive and to high to enjoy the time spent. I understand why a lot of escorts get into drugs and the amount of clients that wanted to “Party” was depressing. I don’t judge people who Party but it’s not for me. It’s one of the main reasons why I stopped escorting after 3 months.

Now I know why the place I am looking at has been empty for 3 months. They want a CPA letter, my business plan ect. I have a massage studio and my portrait studio. It’s very easy to do my taxes with quickbooks self employment. Why would I hire a CPA when I am sole proprietor? I was never asked to turnover a business plan for a apartment. I just rented a 900 sq portrait studio commercial space and they didmy even ask for my business plan.

My clients know I have a lot of ASSets LOL

I am currently paying $2800 for a studio and the place I found is $2200. Factoring in Utilities I am saving $750-800 a month. I am also 5 mins from a subway

Hey guys, I currently live in Hell’s Kitchen with a doorman and thinking of moving to Chelsea. I found a beautiful 750sq one bedroom on 19th and 9th. It’s about 5 mins from 14, 23rd and 18th subways. Would a 3 floor walk up be a issue for clients?
