Hey guys, I currently live in Hell’s Kitchen with a doorman and thinking of moving to Chelsea. I found a beautiful 750sq one bedroom on 19th and 9th. It’s about 5 mins from 14, 23rd and 18th subways. Would a 3 floor walk up be a issue for clients?

This has been rehashed how many times in the last 8 years. Instead of being in the past you should focus on being a better person just like I have. I apologized that Oaktown was left outside my apartment while I was using the restroom. Instead of trying to bring my laundry out let’s talk how you used racist stereotypes to attack a person you do not know. I won’t get into a pissing match with you as it’s a waste of my time but I don’t call people names nor respond in racist words to people I don’t even know. I hope my words rang true and didn’t pass through you without some reflections as words matter.

That’s low class and uncalled for. Are we in high school? You could do better....

I never knew how to respond to clients who might message me on dating apps. I am always nice to everyone that messages me on Grindr. What has happened to me is guys would mistake me of being polite as interested in hookup. Then they would tell me to duck off as I waisted their time.. Rule of thumb just be nice as you don’t know who is on the other end.

Hey guys, I have been a Massure for 9 years, I always had a passion for photography. I picked up my first camera back in 2013. I always wanted to have a industrial loft for my studio, Living in NYC has tons of them. Even though I am not crazy busy with photography I felt getting a studio will keep me focused and push me to achieve my goals this year. I just signed my first commercial lease in Brooklyn. I am nervous but excited. If you guys are in NYC and need photos let me know ;-)

I understand that but I still have antibodies on my blood test. Also the chance of reinfection is incredibly low at 0.3% so I follow the guidelines from NY to run my business. The people who were infected had a worse case the second time then the first infection. I was very sick for a month so if the science stays the same I would know if I was reinfected. My chances are slim as I don’t go to house party’s and keep myself protected.

I am following CDC and NY guidelines. like I said I get tested regularly and follow the laws and rules to reopen. I use clean linens, disinfect all surfaces, and regular wash my hands. My massage therapy business is a real business that I pay taxes on. I treat my clients with respect and their safety is very important to me. Mandatory • OSHA recommendations for health and safety in salons as well as the hygiene and sanitation requirements of Article 27 of the General Business Law, 19 NYCRR 160.19, 160.20, 160.21, 160.22 and 160.24 are followed. Facilities offering massage therapy and spa services must: • Provide accommodations for clean and disinfected face coverings during massage in prone position (e.g. cotton pillowcase draped in face cradle) or avoid such positions altogether. Employees may perform massages on customers in prone positions if the employee is equipped with both a face covering and face shield or eye protection. Ensure that customers don face covering when switching from prone to side or supine position. • Ensure that all linens are changed between clients and laundered appropriately and that they are stored in appropriate containers between use.

$190 for 60 mins... Wow

I’ll tone down the word quota next time ???

I have had so many outcalls bookings where the client isn’t even there. It’s ether competition or someone likes to fuck with people. If a client wants a Outcall and I never met them before I have them call me a Uber.

Congrats man -
We all know 2020 sucked but what’s the best thing you were able to get accomplished or the best thing that has happened to you? I’ll go first, I have been photographing people for a few years. I always had to work out of my home. Two days ago I closed on my first commercial lease. I now have a Modern Portrait Studio in Greenpoint. Covid destroyed my businesses and my savings; But when life gives you lemons I choose to make lemonade. Covid also taught me how to be a better friend and have a life.

I was playing with my prices and was thinking of charging $140 but $5 isn’t much of a difference. Unlike a lot of the guys that advertise I live in a new building in a very safe area. I went to a provider a couple of months ago that was really nice but the area was so sketchy. I moved to NYC in sept and even with Covid I am paying $2650 a month for a studio in Hell’s Kitchen.

I personally charge $145 for 60 mins or $185 for 90 mins. I have hired guys in the past and I am always disappointed that they charge more then me and their massage sucks. I live in NYC now and there is a lot of competition but I am happy with my prices and have no plans of ever raising my prices. I feel about $160 for 60 mins clients wants more of a escort like service which I don’t do. I do give MT and HE of course.
