What you said is partially true. But there are always ICE agents looking for performance bonuses that depend on how many immigrants that they apprehend and deport. So escorting on a F1 visa definitely carries some risk.

I actually had the opposite experience. The last few new providers all look like their pictures in RM. One reason could be that they have links to their social media in their ads.
