Don't always assume that outwardly sporty demeanor means that no one sucks dick. I made that mistake all through high school and college. I had the false impression that masculine/ sporty guys are straight and the effeminate guys in musical-theatre, were gay. They always say the loss of a child is beyond difficult. But until you live through it, you can't imagine the level of emotional pain you have to go through. It actually sounds a lot like what my nutritionist and doctor recommend. I start every day with an egg white/ cheese and avocado omelette. Wrap or salad for lunch One glass of wine ( two on the weekend ) and alternating fish / chicken - red meat once a week. Sugar & carbs I allow myself a cheat day once a week. I love my pastries.

I'm 51 and I still get the occasional gym hook up. I don't see a massive change in the habits of gay men at the gym. Yes, they definitely look at their phones too much but I don't feel anyone is completely oblivious to what's right in front of him. Of course I also am not shy. If I find someone attractive, they are well aware I am looking . Someone once gave me great advice when it comes to flirting in public. "What's the worst that can happen ? ...they just say no ! " Subtlety doesn't work in public anymore when their face is in their phone.

You seem to have missed the point. He didn't bail. He was sick and he stuck around to at minimum provide the company his client was paying for. Yes we all know what we hope for when escorts are paid for their time...but some of you forget that your dealing with a live human being. Not everything works out as planned even if you PAY.

When my housekeeper is sick I still pay her for the day. She's like family. If this were a one-off event then yes...he owes you the weekend you paid for. It this is a regular companion the single lost weekend is a gray area. Personally I would say if he's a decent sort of fellow the "relationship" would solidify by letting it go. Asking for a "refund" is tacky. Suggesting you'd love to finally have that weekend together may get a response that he owes you a better time. I wouldn't "demand" anything

Best to avoid Sugar for sure ...BUT As someone who is very conscious of every teaspoon of carbs and/or sugar in my diet ..I can say confidently that there IS ( for me ) a HUGE difference in how my body responds to white sugar as opposed to brown sugar. I can cheat a little with a bit of brown sugar in my foods ...never with white sugar.

Limited but think about what would make YOU smile if the shoes were on the other foot. Young people like to feel special. Some will abuse that. Others will not. They all will feel it out to see what they can get Find a line in the sand but don't be cheap.
