I don't think I have seen that attitude around here, but point me to it if I missed it.  What most guys are saying , from my reading, is that there is a difference between cost and value...and they are willing to pay the cost only when it aligns to the value they desire. 
I have established limits for the various experiences I desire. Cost vs value is one of those limits. That means sometimes I walk away from an opportunity. 🤷‍♂️

@DrownedBoy– I agree with you largely. I especially agree with you regarding the competitive rates in the market where you find yourself.
You’ll all sorts of defenses to the contrary here, for various reasons. The most popular “if he can get the rate, let him.” Very capitalistic, but you’ll also see that the vehement advocates for that capitalism only seem to care so passionately about the supply side.

Is $400 really that much? If you are really worried about the difference in  200 or 300 or 400 then maybe you would be better off putting some funds into your 401(k) because if money is that tight...you need to stick to porn online.

I’ve paid more than $400 for a wonderful meal. I’ve done that in NYC, Paris and London. I have no regrets. But I wouldn’t pay that for an ordinary meal each day.
Similarly I’ve paid much more than $400 for a night’s stay in numerous 5* hotels around the world. But I’d never pay that to bed down in a 2/3* hotel.
Personally I enjoy sex regularly and I generally like the BFE. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to have some really nice, handsome guys as my boyfriend. But when I’ve been “between boyfriends”, I’ve hired. Price was never my main concern. What I wanted was a guy with model good looks and a muscled body who was sexually compatible with me.

This really bothers me. I cannot express exactly how much it bothers me. The negative association you choose to make out the gate without knowing me and assigning value to my statements that nowhere near approached the level of - “menu” of men.

And how are you to know? Like I said, I had two providers who wanted me to know they considered me friends as long as the gifts and money and trips kept coming. But when I went MIA because of my mom’s COVID situation and communication and favors dried up, the friendship evaporated. One even ghosted me…after I shared that my mother had died. The other seems more…uninterested now.

Then again he may be stuffing his pockets with cash from guys for sex and we just don't know but it is not from us. I'm not sure if there is a way to find out. I do know that there are escorts who are so lucrative that they don't have to advertise but have their own clientele. I am not taking a stand one way or another whether I would classify him as an escort because he could be and I just don't know.

I am using this site pretty regularly. I have found that the guys are of a higher caliber, but not quite as sexually adept as on Rentmen.
