I appreciate that, but when I tried to clarify whether the deposit was because I was booking ahead (about 1 week) and whether it applies if I called the day of or something, I got silence. So yes it's annoying to get flakes and folks who messaged endlessly and never book, but that's part of the business. We all have crap we need to deal with in whatever our line of work is, but that doesn't make it right for me to treat others badly just because of that.
I didn't know about the multiple bookings a day, and thus not finishing depending on where I am in the queue......think i dodged one so counting my blessings and moving on to other fish in the sea!
