I don't see any "winner" in this scenario. You will piss off at least some of your friends once they realize that their fantasy man was only expressing interest because he was paid to do so. Even if no one figures out what's going on while the party is in full swing, they will surely figure it out later. Don't play with other people's emotions.

That's over thinking it. Just hire them as bartenders with permission to hand out their contact info. No one wants to change the sheets after a party before crashing.
Oh no no no, I was intending to cover whatever shenanigans my guests got into. But I didn't want my guests to know that. I'd much rather they think that their charm has seduced the sexiest guy at the party than think he was on the clock at the time.

Oh no no no, I don't intend to tell any of my guests "See that sexy guy over there? Have at him!" That way, any of my buddies who expresses interest can leave feeling good about himself that he landed such a hot commodity. After all, isn't it a nicer feeling to imagine that your charm seduced a beautiful man than to think that your (or your friend's) wallet seduced him?

Hi! I have an idea and I don't know if it's within the scope of what an escort might consider?
I have a divisible by ten birthday coming up. I'm planning a party with thirty or so of my buddies, and I'd like to hire an escort as entertainment, because everyone likes to be around a sexy friendly man. Then, maybe a buddy expresses interest: they're encouraged (but if course don't have to) go up to the bedroom to do whatever, then come back downstairs to resume being charming. I know that's asking a lot, and I'm willing to pay accordingly, but I don't know if that's even the sort of thing that is on the menu? Anyone have any input or advice?
