It looks like bars re-open Mon 28 Feb, earlier than I thought. Likely Campus that day but I don’t know if it will be an unusually busy night considering 2 months of shutdown and clients chomping at the bit. Still some restrictions I believe in capacity but less so Mar 14th. It has been at least 24 months since I had a private dance in The Village.
Hoping to visit the end of July. Promising signs.

Based in LA but moves around the region. Looks hot. Well reviewed. Any experiences?

Looks like nice guy in his early 30s. No reviews, but may be new. Responded enthusiastically to email. Any info?

He is coming to Seattle with his partner. Anyone have any recent info?

Curious myself.

If it wasn't clear I was alluding to the forum weekend, and by 'short flight' I meant coming in from Seattle, New York or Washington, or wherever. 'Short' is a relative concept, so for me those trips are 'short'!
Yes. For you they would be.

I have gotten the hint that $300 is the new normal.

If I'm not mistaken several forum members will be taking the short flight to Palm Springs in a couple of months.
Intriguing. I will be in PS this April. I've had some luck there with wild cards in the past.

I shot him an email a couple years back, but he never answered.

For international travelers, SFO is sometimes a better choice than LAX for connections to PSP, even though it is farther away, because it has better air service to PSP than LAX does (more flights on larger aircraft).
Connections from Seattle are good.

as always, I'll plan some moderate morning hikes if anybody is interested......maybe we'll see the shirtless fireman on the Bump N Grind Trail again!
and I can probably pick anybody up at PSP if you're flying in there direct rather than ONT or LAX.....it's only about two miles from "the action".....
Look forward to seeing you again. Missed you last year.

Was able to cash in flyer mileage for all my air travel for April- combining the Weekend with a family function in Riverside - but a car seems to be about $90 per day, yikes! Might look into a Turo experience for the first time.
I rented a car last time and spent hours learning to drive it. Was about $70 per day. This year I plan to exploit Lyft, the free trolly, and the fact that Ralph's delivers. Should work out much cheaper.

Airfares this year are also no bargain.

With any luck, I will be attending Oliver's Palm Springs Weekend again this year. I had planned to book again at Indulge, however, they have no single room availability, and their prices while never low have gone up alarmingly. So, back to Canyon Club for $167 per night for a poolside room, as opposed to $338 per night at Indulge which was full up anyway. Booked 4 nights. Hope all goes well until April. Looking forward to seeing you guys.
