It sounds like you are already doing all you can in communicating that your tight and need things to go slow, but I'm curious if you are doing anything to exercise your hole to make it easier on both you and the top. Do you play with your ass much with fingers or a toy? As someone with a large dick, i have gotten very good at taking my time, but there are those bottoms that I'm just not going to be able to open up enough to fuck unless they stretch their hole a bit in advance. I think that often guys will rush to push it in because they will lose their hard on if they don't, especially if they are wearing a condom.

It underwent a big remodel last year and is much nicer. I think it's a little too pricey for what you get, but it's the only hotel option in the Castro, unless you do one of the B&B's.

While I would initially refer to someone as "he" or "she" based upon how I perceived they wish to be seen, if they expressed a desire or comfort with being referred to as "they" I would have no issue with this. I'm not understanding why that's such an inconvenience for people. Gender, like most things in life is not binary, nor should it be viewed in such a dualistic manner. A dualistic approach to life, that is putting everything in a category of this or that, right or wrong, gay or straight, for me/against me, is the cause for conflict, war, prejudice, etc. While it's perfectly natural, it's also not an evolved way of thinking, and we should strive for better. You can view people that are non-binary as just wanting to be special and inconvenience you with their special pronoun, or you can believe them, support them and love them.

I like to have a couple weeks of advance notice for a boyfriend experience appointment, so that I'll have plenty of time to prepare and make it authentic. The first thing I do is stop going to the gym and eat ANYTHING I want, and twice as much. Nothing says "YOU'RE MY BF" like a few extra pounds. It's fun to start the evening with dinner, somewhere cheap that we've been a couple dozen times, where we both order the same dishes and share them. We enjoy a minimum amount of conversation, afterall, over the course of 5 years together, there's little new and interesting to discuss. I give you a judgmental glare when you order your 3rd vodka tonic, because, we've talked about this. When we get back to our place I complain that dinner is giving me gas and I'm really not up for having sex, "maybe in the morning" I say. In the morning we still don't have sex. I say it's because I have places to be, but in truth it's because I don't feel respected because you're always leaving your dirty clothes right beside the hamper rather than putting them in it, and you don't ever offer to wash the dishes after I've made us a very adequate meal. Anyway, that's how I roll, I enjoy authenticity. On a serious note, though, I don't even think about BFE, I try to be as open and authentic as possible in all my times with clients.
