When a Masseur posts "Ask" for rates. I find it dissuading because it's an extra hurdle to do, so I just move on to the next hot advertisement with transparent rates. Maybe other clients don't find this dissuading, so this could just be some of us.

I think there's been multiple studies on Truvada only. That's why they do not allow 2-1-1 for Descovy. Furthermore, the studies have only been on men who have sex with men, so they also do not allow 2-1-1 dosing for men who do  vaginal penetration.
