Ditto for all of the above other than the job. I'm retired and resting comfortably. In addition I'm thankful that there are so many emergency services individuals who willingly, without hesitation, day in and day out, put themselves into the teeth of dangers for the health and safety of others.

I agree with @Nvr2thick4me, it's not what you say but how you say it. Speaking for myself, I would say let him know that you have been a satisfied customer of his for four years, but there are a couple of things that you need to discuss... Also, if he has reviews, you might want to look through them to see if any of his other customers have had the same issue(s).

The intimacies with the biological mother and sibling suggest contributing generational child abuse and environmental factors. I don't have the credentials to render the judgement of insanity, but I'm certain the situation is in dire need of attention from competent mental hygiene specialist. The content of the profile really saddens me.
