We are on the same page in acknowledging that the U.S. Government recognized the very serious problems that occurred as a result of agent orange. It is not my intention to lay fault or blame upon those who seek to find and defend the better angels within the U.S. Government. I believe the U.S. Government with its blend of democracy to be the best on the planet, with the caveat that every government has its demons, usually in intelligence and defense (the deep pockets). My point is that I am certain that the U.S. Government also recognized the very serious problems that occurred as a result of the AIDS pogrom, but there was no acknowledgement, as there was for agent orange.
