Last night gunshots outside of the Nationals' park in Washington caused chaos as people tried to flee to safety. The game itself was terminated. In Yankee Stadium they played in heavy rain. A left fielder for Boston was hit with a baseball from a fan, and he then engaged the fans in biter argument. The team left the field until the fan was ejected. I've never seen a game played in such bad rain. The wet conditions caused the Boston pitcher and players to play badly, allowing the Yankees to come from a very lackluster performance to win the game.
