  1. Tyler Wade is now in Oakland. The Angels yesterday acquired former Yankee Gio Urshella from the Twins.
  2. After years of feeling like I didn't fit in the gay community as I was not effeminate, and let's face it, at that time most of the out gays were the ones who couldn't conceal it, I finally went to a gay bar in Chicago and was astonished at the number of masculine men, especially the go-go boy in the jockstrap. I had fallen for the stereotype and was so glad I got beyond it. Of course, this dates me as the event was a long time ago.
  3. He says: My name is Kay. 26 years old 5"7 135 Thai boy originally. I very cute, smooth, gentle. *Real Pictures 100%* I agree with the "very cute" but don't know about the rest.
  4. I like the option to delete at any time. Naturally, if there are responses to my post I wouldn't delete it
  5. It says he is visiting San Francisco this weekend and is home in LA after that.
  6. Yes, terrorists want to take away our freedoms. Instead, we let the government do it under the guise of fighting terrorism. Privacy is dead.
  7. I wonder how many of us on the board have shared a provider. It's like sex degrees of separation...oops, I mean six!
  8. I can't answer your question, but I do admire your travels.
  9. I have no next move, other than to encourage you to post positive things here.
  10. Well, duh! Tell me something new!
  11. We are all tourists at some time or another. You can't generalize about them. I agree with @slvkguy that some tourists can be obnoxious. When I lived in New York, I always tried to avoid Times Square. In the desert, we bemoan the arrival of the snowbirds. Yet their spending helps the community thrive.
  12. Artificial tree prices have skyrocketed!
  13. @slvkguy You were constantly trashing other posters on that site. I don't know why you want to bring your feud with them over here. When you are not attacking people, you post some good stuff. Why not stick to that and forget the unpleasantness over there?
  14. Perhaps I should have said "tourism is back" because that's what I was referring to.
  15. Someone here may be interested in knowing that Main Noodle House is a relatively inexpensive Chinese restaurant at 1011 6th Avenue, between 37th and 38th. Not only is the food great, it is a popular place.
  16. On Central Park and fall colors, I do know what I am talking about. The best time is almost always the week of the Marathon. Central Park gets color later because of the unique heat issues in Manhattan. I'll take your word for it that they peaked in October, but I have both lived in New York and visited it this same week to know of what I speak. Next time I see you I will show you the pics of last year's fall colors. In central park!
  17. I read that when the Cubs won the playoffs, Rizzo jumped naked onto a table and danced. Sports Illustrated posted an excerpt from Tom Verducci’s book, The Cubs Way: The Zen Of Building The Best Team In Baseball And Breaking The Curse, and it detailed the atmosphere inside the Cubs’ clubhouse leading up to the game. Notably, Rizzo was busy motivating his teammates while completely naked. From the excerpt: An hour before the seventh game of the World Series, Rizzo stripped off all his clothes, cranked the theme from Rocky on the clubhouse stereo one more time, jumped on top of a coffee table and began quoting lines from the movie and throwing his best shadow-boxing punches. Pitcher Héctor Rondon, joining in on the hijinks, picked up an aerosol can of shoe cleaner and sprayed it in the direction of Rizzo’s groin. Startled and angered, Rizzo stopped and yelled, “What the heck, man!” He cut the music and stormed off toward the showers to clean off the spray. “I’m thinking, Dang, what’s he doing?” Ross said. “We can’t have this negative vibe right before the game. I go by there. I can tell he’s a little irritated.” Ten minutes went by. Rizzo finally emerged from the shower. He walked back silently to his locker with a towel around this waist. The room was quiet and uneasy. Ross walked up to Rizzo and broke the silence. “Hey! It’s not how many times you get knocked down … it’s how many times you get up!” Rizzo chuckled. “You know what?” he said. “You’re right!” Said Ross, “He rips the towel off, runs up, turns the music on again, and he jumps back on the coffee table and starts doing the Rocky motions again.” Now, as Schwarber got ready to hit, Ross turned in Rizzo’s direction and yelled at him, “Hey, it’s not how many times you get knocked down….” On cue Rizzo completed the battle cry, yelling back, “It’s how many times you get back up!” Eventually, Rizzo would find clothing for the rest of his speech, but he set the tone for the Cubs’ historic night. It’s just another reminder that baseball clubhouses are, uh, unique.
  18. Thanks for the info. I guess that I was in the wrong block! This spa is quite close to my hotel.
  19. I wandered into Time Square Spa, thinking that I would make general inquiries and try to find the time when they had the most masseurs available. But as soon as I saw this hot Chinese guy who I later learned was Phillip, I was all in. Phillip is a tall, gym-fit Chinese masseur who happens to be sweet as well. He gave me a great massage. I like them strong and I got it. He worked hard from the beginning to the end. I was not disappointed! I left very happy.
  20. C Certain parties say that the IRS is hiring 87,000 ARMED agents. Thus my inquiry.
  21. The show tickets can be found at TKTS. I went Thursday night but when the agent told me where the available seats were, I passed. Somehow my theater urge did not rise this visit,
  22. Wouldn't he have to have weapons training for those jobs?

  24. Poster @kjun recently passed away according to another forum I read.
  25. New York is back! In contrast to my visit one year ago, the crowds are enormous! Sidewalks packed, restaurants packed, TKTS lines as long as you have ever seen them. Sadly, fall color in Central Park was not so great, unlike last year!
