I took Conversational Spanish about 5 different times. A friend and I spent a week in Guadalajara studying Spanish and then went to Puerto Vallarta for a week to practice. As you might guess, no one in PV had the patience and they all spoke to us in English. But once in Acapulco a guy I had met said that my Spanish was horrible.
