A smart real estate agent who wants to make money will discuss real estate with anybody because he knows that any of those people could turn into clients. There are at least a couple providers on here who any real estate agent would be happy to have as a client. Seems petty and short-sighted to to be worrying too much about who picks up the check at dinner time. It the escort wants to talk real estate - he could be one of those who could turn into a client. Also, the OP doesn't say that dinner conversation can't include other topics. And the escort's presence is no less appealing because he is asking questions about real estate.

How do you solve a problem like Rentmen?
Rudynate replied to Aaron_Bauder's topic in Questions About Hiring
Daddy vets reviews on his site pretty carefully. -
Actually, that's not true. I do have one clothing fetish - starched dress shirts that have been worn once. There are a number of TV news anchors whose dress shirts I would treasure.
-
But is it really? What if the client wanted a pair of boxer shorts that the escort had worn as a memento of the session? It seems thoughtful to have provided the shorts and all the escort has to do is wear them for a couple hours. He doesn't have to give up his own underwear, and the client wanting to keep a garment that he had worn might be flattering to the escort. I don't have any notable clothing fetishes, so it's probably not something I would do. But it seems like a small thing to ask of the provider.

I have had several trainers-one gay- all the others straight. The straight trainers have all been very attractive men and I chose them, in part, because of that. It has never been a problem, even though I like the way they look, the relationships have always been friendly and professional. I doubt whether anyone gossipped about us, but If the had, I wouldn’t have cared

He can never be trusted.

Some people use c Right. Some people use care in their choice of words. I will say that I'm tired of hearing TV anchors talking about "this moment."

I hardly ever hire for erotic or sensual massage. It drives the rate up and I'm not that into HE's. If I'm going to have erotic contact a masseur - I want him out of clothes and fucking on the table. You don't pay for that - it just happens if there's a good chemistry between you and the masseur. I always book therapeutic, while being open for more. If it just turns out just therapeutic, well. then I've at least had a good massage.

I think if you have a positive aversion to a practice, it would be difficult to learn to like it. But if you start out neutral, and you're motivated, then you can learn to like it. Years ago, I learned to like rimming. I had an amazingly attractive FB who just liked to get his ass licked - all he wanted to do. He would lay there with his legs in the air and just wanted to get rimmed. Initially, I found it limiting and I thought it was pretty one-sided, and I was lukewarm to it. But I began to find that the more I did it with him, the better I liked it and actually began looking forward to the next time. But I was motivated - I wanted to please this guy, who was older than I was and very sexy. I find being peed on very sexy - that warm pee, straight out of another guy's body, flowing all over your body - it feels just great. Maybe you could focus on that and forget about tasting it or drinking it for the time being.

Medicare question, supplemental vs. advantage?
Rudynate replied to MikeBiDude's topic in Men's Health
Part B premiums are based on your income. Your first couple of Medicare premium payments are really low and then you get the letter from Social Security telling you, that, based on your income, you have to pay more. In my case, it was a LOT more. Then there's the monthly premium to the carrier for your Medicare Supplemental Coverage or for Medicare Advantage. Between part B premiums and Medicare advantage, I pay about half of what I was paying before I went on Medicare. My monthly premium for Kaiser Medicare Advantage is 84.00. I had AARP Supplemental coverage through United Health that cost twice what I'm paying Kaiser and that didn't include part D. That would have been another 40.00 - 50.00 and any prescription coverage I could've gotten wouldn't have covered most of my scripts. I tried switching to a dentist that provided reduced-cost care to Kaiser's Medicare Advantage members, and I went to him twice. He had a crumby office in a rundown medical office building and the waiting room was packed with creaky old people. I decided I could afford my old dentist and started seeing him again. I hate the whole scene. I actually investigated going back to conventional insurance, but everybody that I talked to said that, once you're on Medicare, there's no going back. It would be worth it to me to pay what I used to pay and be free of all the headaches that Medicare involves. -
Would you give a big discount to a hot/attractive client?
Rudynate replied to MyWhorishWays's topic in Questions About Hiring
He is on my very short list of "must-see" providers. I think if I did see him, I would probably see Jesus. -

One provider said on his webpage that, for him, escorting is God's work because he's bringing his clients joy. -

I hire because I think paying for sex is hot. I'm always reminded of movies about rich widows and sexy latin gigolos. -
I like to play in the afternoon and not shower until the next day so that I can smell like the guy I played with for the rest of the day.

He has a great build. I think I remember him saying that he owned a gym at one point

What are the more gay-friendly nicest areas of San Francisco?
Rudynate replied to thetruth's topic in The Lounge
I think the homeless problem has improved somewhat. In the mid-nineties, I found it much worse than it is now. In about 1995, the homeless population was estimated at about 10 thousand. I think present estimates are something like 6 - 7 thousand. -

Rudynate replied to thetruth's topic in The Lounge
Nicer but snootier -aren't the two mutually exclusive? I'm the kind of person who blossoms when he travels - when I used to visit SF before I lived here, I found it ridiculously easy to meet people. I was very curious about San Franciscans - they were all so interesting, exceptional in some way. I always wondered if San Francisco attracted exceptional people, or if ordinary people became exceptional after moving here, and I always wondered what would happen to me if I moved here. What happened for me is that it unlocked my ambition somehow so that I started going after things that I had only wanted in a vague kind of way before. -

applying myself to projects that require patience and consistency -
And there generally isn't that's true. But there's no reason why it can't happen. I have talked to escorts who are certain that they don't want a relationship. Someone like that would be a poor candidate to fall in love with. And one doesn't fall in love right away. I think one can experience an immediate infatuation, but falling in love generally takes time and repeated exposure.
-
No - genital sex is generally not considered fetishistic. The whole idea of fetishes is silly - it basically pathologizes anything other than genital sex. So a straight married guy who gets a little hot when he gets a whiff of his wife's perfume has a fetish - I don't think so.
-
He didn't say not to fall in love with an escort. He even said that he knew lots of guys in relationships with dancers.
-
I don't know that I agree with all of the advice to avoid falling in love with an escort. It all seems based on an assumption that client and escort are burdened with deficits that make them incapable of having a healthy relationship. I don't think that's necessarily true. Certainly, someone who wants to have a LTR with an escort needs to understand that he's going to be sharing his man with a lot of others, and if he can' t handle that then he ought to think twice before proceeding. And certainly, there are escorts and clients who just aren't relationship material for one reason or another. But I know of at least two escorts who have relationships of long standing. And with the exception of the escort's line of work, they seem to be designed a lot like other loving relationships between gay men.

What are some ways to gain more regulars?

True that - great advice for anybody in a service business. -

Right!! I was thinking the same thing - after reading his posts and getting a glimpse of what he's like, I don't think most forum members would want to hire him. He's a terrific-looking man tho.
