I might ping you for some help/advice. I’m a system administrator by trade, not a DBA or a programmer. So my speciality is getting systems up and running. Not transferring data. Haha The raw reviews are a jungle of HTML pages, but the list of escorts themselves are in a database. Part of the challenge is that each listing combined the escort data itself along with the review. In a true relational database this is split so it will be dividing data up among multiple databases with proper keys and indexes. I will need to handle importing some static HTML sources and some SQL sources across multiple databases to properly import everything. The other challenge I ran into is Daddy changed the raw html template used in the reviews over years. So when I tried to import data from raw HTML by screen scraping files, it still failed randomally because there was not regular consistently with how each field was labeled and was it’s names were. For example, a name field was renamed at some point to instead of have one field named “name” it was later split to “first name” and “last name”. Other fields were added or removed or renamed over the years. So it’s going to be super messy.

Reviews would not automatically import over unfortunately. There are too many differences that prevent me from creating an actual converter. With that being said, once it’s created we will be looking for volunteers to help us manually migrate existing reviews. The idea is we would manually migrate those.

I was there from June 5 though June 14. Poppies report is still accurate. I prefer Leboy as a bar as its not quite so busy and the dancers are a bit more fun. Johnsons is putting more twinks up earlier in the evening around 6 and bringing their beefier guys in later in the evening around 9–10. Overall its always a good time in South Florida. Regardless of where you end up, you can have a good time. My only disappointment was Boardwalk. The restaurant and bar outside was great but on the three times I stopped by, I never really clicked with any of the dancers. It was a lot of the “same ol” with guys who are overly aggressive and pushy.

Definitely possible. Once the framework is in place, we can pretty easily add new categories.

If you hover just over the quoted text, you'll see a little cross hair appear. It will look something like: Once you see the crosshair appear, click it. Then just press delete on your keyboard. It will delete the quote box and the content inside of it. Also... you don't have to quote the full reply. If you only want to quote a small excerpt of a post, highlight the text you want to quote and then click the "quote selection" button that appears. I've made a change where someone can edit their post indefinitely. However once you edit the post, it will reflect as being edited. Once a post is edited, there is not an option to say it won't reflect as edited after X minutes. It's either there or it's not. I don't see a value in hiding the fact it was edited. If it was a typo, so be it. 🙂

Just search the four numbers. Basically the URL itself does not matter. It's the username or the ID number that is the unique part that is best for searching.

Don't search a full URL. Just enter the last part of the username. For example, don't search for: https://rentmasseur.com/Nickshands Instead just search for: Nickshands You'll get more accurate results as you'll find results that have ANY (or no URL) included with it. https://www.companyofmen.org/search/?&q=Nickshands You'll notice in the above example, only the first result would have matched the full URL. You would have missed the other two results which did not have the full address.

BJ Roosters is my go to bar when I’m down in ATL even before they moved to their current location. However Swinging Richards is a destination in of itself… Very few places are “their former glory”, especially right now. All we can hope is that better days are ahead and that we don’t lose the few clubs of this type that we have left.

Just to add my two cents as well… THANK YOU to everyone in the community that contributed to helping with Daddy’s funeral and closing of his estate. It’s situations like this that shows “it takes a village”. I also want to take a moment to thank @Orin, Deb and the rest of “Team Washington” for all of their help. Without them we would literally not be here today. Your efforts are sincerely appreciated by us all and we will forever be indebted to you. While we can never PROPERLY show our gratitude, the least we can do is pick up the tab for a nice dinner. I’ll be making arrangements with Orin to make this happen once things settle down for Team Washington. As noted by Jack, Team Washington is in the process of sending unused funds to support additional ongoing costs for the site. This will take care of our immediate future and take off urgent pressure financially. To support our long term needs, we’re buttoning up some plans to make it easier to support the site going forward. We will continue to provide a way for people to send cash/checks/money orders via snail mail. In addition, we will be introducing the ability to contribute online via credit card or ACH. Part of the reason for the amount of time it’s taken to roll this out is to make sure it’s done in a SECURE fashion. Some of you might know my day job involves helping with managing cyber security for several east coast banks, so protection of data is of paramount importance and being designed in a way to minimize what info we actually collect/process. For example, part of my testing now actually involves processing card payments without collecting a physical address. This has slightly more risk, but I’m mitigating that by limiting those transactions to existing members only that have had an account active for XX time. I’m also looking at supporting recurring subscriptions for those that would like an easy way to kick in a couple of bucks on a recurring basis. More details to come on all of this most likely at the end of this week or early next. The loss of Daddy was heart breaking and very difficult for all of us. However at the end of the day, this community has come away stronger than it started. I’m optimistic we can continue to foster the sense of good will and support that has been shown and continue writing another twenty plus years of history together.

I’ve been in FLL and Wilton Manor much of the last week for my birthday and have had a blast. The area is in fine form.

I personally love a manicure. I also have a clear coat gel on my nails as I love the look. I don’t use a color for my nails, but I have zero problems with those that do. To me, it’s just one more sign of someone who takes care of themselves. I would rather see a little color on their nails than a set of nails that are not well maintained that look like they just chew at the tips or not take care of them at all.

I saw him last year (this would be my 3rd time seeing him over the last 3 years or so). Still looks like his pictures and enjoyed myself enough to see him multiple times. 🙂
