There is a small stage up front. Along side is the access hall, and at the end behind the stage is another smaller little dance pole room, and a couple of booths (I think, I have never seen them used since they had shower shows years ago). It is not a steady stream of strippers, but a dancer every half hour. The routine, or how it is supposed to go anyways, is the twink dances for 15 minutes than spends 15 minutes wandering among the audience. Now the first mark against this place is that the dancers aren’t the best in the world. They are usually really young, bone thin, and somewhat awkward.
 
 
 
But what they lack in looks they make up for in energy. Like I said they are supposed to dance for 15 minutes. Few do. Most walk on stage, drop their shorts (unless they didn’t even bother with them), spend maybe 5 minutes at most trying out various sexy poses on the stage, and then bound into the audience. The Emcee is sure to announce that the dancers work for tips, and “the bigger the bill, the bigger the thrill”. Most guys I think tip a dollar, some do 5’s. What the dancers lack in looks, they more than make up for in eagerness. I said before the booths were rarely used. That is mostly because there is little reason to. It is quite amazing what a good, long cry can do for the soul. My experience on Saturday night confirms the previous posts, lucky to get a seat at the bar arriving at 9pm, if it been any later, wouldn't have been able to get a seat. Street parking was easy to get, but when I left around midnight, the street parking was filled for two or three blocks in each direction. I did have a squad car follow me for a bit (rental car with Penna. plates), but pulling into the gas station just across the train tracks shook Johnny Law off.
 
The boys dancing on the bar were of some variety, a good mix of caucasian, black and latinos- mostly young, but a few obvious veterans in the mix. Talked with several of the guys, couldn't tell if everyone was "available" but a couple of the best choices turned me down- sometimes the chips do not fall your way!! Did several privates, they all got full nude right off the bat. Some turned out worth doing a double, some not so much.
 
Music was what I would consider typical stripper bar mix, drinks were properly mixed and well-priced- only one bartender working, with a barback occasionally- tipping well on my first drink order saved me a lot of waiting later, I think. Don't know if its worth a drive from NYC just for this experience, but if you find yourself with a free evening in Hartford, Albany, or the western burbs of Boston, a trip to Springfield could be worth your time.

Certainly worth a visit if you've not been before - Saturday nights are generally the busiest nights, but you will have more dancers than any other night, so that is a plus. I do wish the management would get a proper website working, pictures of the boys might help answer questions about the types of entertainment on the bar. Bring lots of singles, their ATM is expensive, as are the drinks. BnB is my second favorite club, behind Swinging Richards, but its a lot more laid back vibe - I always look forward to a job assignment in St Louis or western Illinois.
