As a physician I can only shudder when I picture this procedure done in a non-sterile environment and without sterile gloves. I have seen way too many complications which have occurred even with the most capable hands - infections, traumatic contusions and tears of the urethra, etc. I have also witnessed the patient discomfort (tho this is too mild a description) when one has not used a local anesthetic agent. Of course, when used with the expectation of pleasure, anesthetic would not be used so .......

Does that mean that they may suck us dry?
