Adding to the food tips: Only use Immodium if you need it, not as a prophylaxis.....when eating at a buffet, take food from the bottom, closest to the heat source....only eat fruit that can be peeled and vegetables that are cooked.

I've had both knees replaced, one in Jan of 2017 and the other Jan of 2018. Because of new technology, where they don't cut muscle, the recovery is much easier. I've had pain for years and now I have none. Recovery was easy and the physical therapy helped alot in the healing process. Knees used to be a difficult recovery, but now it's become much, much easier. As a matter of fact, I did a very difficult climb in Rwanda in Sept and my knees gave me no pain whatsoever.

saw him yesterday and had a good massage. he's staying in a hotel in Koreatown. I had him come to me. Only negative....he talks too much.

I still have a clock radio....I don't use it, but it's still plugged in. I use my iPhone....it just is easier. I also have a projection digital clock, so I can see the time without putting on my glasses.

I met him twice (actually, the second time I didn't remember I met him before, but he remembered me....senior moment). If I had remembered, I wouldn't have rehired. Nice guy, looks like his pics, but felt he was going through the motions and not present. However, as we say.....'mileage may vary.'

I met him 2 days ago. Looks better than his pics, very hot and friendly.....limited English, but he understood what I wanted. I would give him a B

I've met both Mitch and Mike. It's hard to compare them. Both are excellent and hot in different ways, which is why I couldn't choose one over the other. That's why I continue to see them both......why choose?
