I think there are a number of guys that align with your requirements; three that I have seen are Strongstrokes, Jose_OK and Jorge_M. All are below 300 for a massage and have genuine pics that match their looks (except for Strongstrokes, who does not have a face pic but has about 80 reviews and lots of discussion here about how he looks).

I have seen him for this combo. For sugaring he always wears clothes, usually shorts and a tee or a tank. For the massage all the clothes come off.

Correct. I have seen him there twice. BTW it is a very nice facility with spacious massage rooms, each with its own individual shower.

Saw him as a masseur a couple of years ago in NYC. He worked out of the shared spaces on 14th street. Massage was decent, not exceptional, the sensual elements were just OK. Aloof is a good word to describe him.

Interesting set of photos for someone who insists his massage is therapeutic only. He does list “sensual” as an option so maybe it is a YMMV situation. Agree that $275 for a purely therapeutic session is way overpriced even for NYC.

300 an hour is my max generally, although I have made an exception or two at 320 or 350, but rarely. Lots of hot guys available in NYC at that rate or in some cases even lower.
