That decision is totally yours but from a client point of view, at least for the first visit I would keep the same price and at that visit I would inform the client that the rates are going up for the next visit.  I think you will lose a few clients but better for them not to call after that first visit rather then put them in an awkward position on the phone.  If the provider told me his rates went up on the phone or by text, I would be more inclined to not hire, not because of the money but because of the lack of respect for previous visits.  After the first one, face to face, and then let the client decide if he likes you enough to pay the extra freight charge.

I got the impression he’s a racist. But he claims that he can afford to act the way he does because he has “many requests” and “can pick the guys that fit best.” And mind you, he thought we were a match until he found out my race. Thank you, next!

@hawk, it’s good that you have had the opportunity to respond.  Perhaps a bit more emphasis on objective fact rather than offensive embellishment might help you come out like smelling roses though.  Since it seems you’re southern, I’m sure you’re well trained in the gentle art of verbal self defense…use it   But, either way, it’s clear there’s more to the story and you deserve to be heard  
@Jordoncrag, I do have a sense - right or wrong - that you left out some relevant details in your OP.  These guys have a tough job.  Assist them with clearly defined expectations, outstanding hygiene, respect for both them and their “home” and a bit of grace and they’ll want you coming back for more.  First meetings are especially awkward and warrant a ton of grace in the review arena.
I suspect that both sides might learn something from this encounter if yiu assess how this escalated  into a bad experience for both of you

Besides the issues you mentioned, this client also said this provider talked about his personal issues for 40 minutes and only did the bare minimum for 20 minutes during a one-hour session. When the client brought it up at the end of the session, this provider was so entitled that he told this client the service justifies what he paid for. 

I only saw a youtube vid of him as a client for a hair transplant clinic in Turkey. This vid of him as a gigolo for women is new to me.  Had I seen this before meeting him, I wouldn’t have wasted my time on him.

I met with him last year in December. He was able to perform as a top but only for maybe 10 minutes and he lost his woody. Perhaps that’s enough time for some people. He’s also definitely not 5’11” — as I am 5’8” and we’re like the same height. And his size is more like 6”-6.5”  — not as he advertises it. His hair loss was also very noticeable. He specifically told me I was not allowed to pull on his hair because he had some sort of a hair transplant. His body is still good, more skinny than muscular when I saw him. He’s very easy to communicate with and was on time. But I would not repeat.
