I’ve never encountered the crypto/gift card remuneration yet either, and wouldn’t proceed under such an arrangement. Cash for newbies and Zelle after a long relationship. As others have mentioned, the quality is noticeably poorer. I believe 2003-2016 was the heyday.

Blame the loss of quality on OF, JF etc. The illusion of easy online money makes a generation lazy and entitled.

He had incredible frazzled hair from entirely too many dye jobs and bleaching. Like terrible, terrible hair. The kind you should shave entirely off and start all over. He said it was for an audition but had the same terrible hair months later the second time I saw him. It was…odd. Yes, handsome and in good shape. But weirdly into having hair that would give any hairdresser or barber an aneurism. It really was that terrible. So I never saw him again….Because he insisted the hair was great (the second time I saw him.)
