It happens on both ends, unfortunately.  I know many escorts who were stalked and threatened by clients or just internet randos.  Some of it got pretty ugly.  Some of those stalkers came from this very board.
That said, I've always maintained that this is not the hobby for someone if they've got a lot to lose.  It's entirely too easy now for someone to doxx you with the breadcrumb trail that's inevitably left behind just being on the internet.

I think often those negative reviews, where the client just takes the provider down and it’s not considered or constructive, the review tells you more about the client than the provider.
