I've traveled to Vegas for 2 or 3 days visits. I've always booked months in advance with well reviewed men. I send them airfare upfront. Shortly before travel dates - we done one or two texts/phone. When we meet and unwind in room - i make sure we go over a few basics (preferences for dining or shows). Also it's unreasonable to expect him not to use phone / laptop for duration - so I bring subject up.
