  1. I've been in Montreal since Thursday and I've had a fun time so far. The city is very busy. Campus was pretty packed on Thursday and Friday nights. Zayne was definitely one of the most popular dancers there. Did a lap dance with Clark who is insanely hot but I found it lackluster. Malik was in the crowd last night but he was off the clock. He seemed to just enjoy getting attention from clients and chatting-drinking with them before he left. Attempted to check out Stock last night but a big group of women was taking forever checking in their coat and paying for cover so I went back to Campus. Stock had signs in their windows advertising auditions and promising a $1000 bonus after 10 days of work. They must be hurting for new talent.

Yes, I remember that.  So now you can't see into the near part of the "L"?  And what about from one booth to another, or when you're walking past a booth to get to another one?  (I ask merely for information; the booth configuration has never been an obstacle for me or my dancer of choice 😉).

The booths are still open. I read an article in French this week with the new owner of Campus and he was saying they have plans to open a male only club up the stairs. They have applied for an alcohol license. They also have other plans which they can't talk about yet.

I'm having trouble envisaging this.  I don't recall it being easy/possible to see into the private dance area from the bar or tables.  Are the booths now private enough so you can't see from one booth to another?

It was very easy to see into some booths from the bar. The backroom is like an L shape. When you enter the lap dance area, there were booths on the right side fully open to the bar and then there was another section further down with booths on both sides which were private from the bar.

Thanks for the report.  Could you add a little more detail which would be helpful to me:  were you at Campus only once, on a Saturday night, or did you get there other days of the week (which ones)?  Only at night (say, post 8 pm) or did you try earlier (and how was that if you did)?

The village is dying so it's never going to be busy before 8-9PM or on weeknights.

I appreciate the idea and your effort in making these videos.  But the panning and movement in these last two videos are way too fast; I get a headache very quickly.  Please slow down.

He hasn't been to Montreal in years. Before COVID, he would post about how much he hated the city but now he likes to post random YouTube and Facebook videos and photos. Actual comments about experiences in the city and visiting strip clubs would be more appropriate.

I think there is a second dose 4 weeks after.  Will you be in Quebec long enough for that?

No province has a plan to administer second doses at this point. I live in Toronto anyway so I should get access to a second dose eventually should public health decider to administer it.

I have loved my trips to Montreal from NYC for 25 years.  But now that every night is ladies' night, proceed with awareness, fellas.  Packs of high-pitched screaming bachelorettes can take hold of the atmosphere.  Like last Saturday at Campus, where a particularly brazen gal got onstage herself. Barefoot, drink in hand, barking unintelligible nonsense, dress strap askew, her wanton girlfriends loving every minute.  I dunno; I used to think of the  Montreal strip clubs as sacred territory. I waited it out and had fun with one of the guys anyway. At the opposite end of the bar.  But rarely has the feeling of a new order been so palpable.

I agree. They do ruin the atmosphere often. Saw quite a few obnoxious drunk women last night.

  8. Campus was absolutely packed last night. The DJ said there were 30 dancers which I'm not sure I can believe but there were no breaks in between dances. I had to wait to get in because the place was at full capacity and there was nowhere for new customers to sit or even stand. Things became more manageable after 1am and I had a very nice time in the back with Gabriel.

    Thank you, one and all.

How about staying in the old town, and taking the metro from Place d'Armes to the village and back?

Is that doable, safe, convenient? Late at night?

The metro doesn't run after 1am I think
