Nobody knows disease, but my cousin was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. He loved only junk food, drank 2 or 3 32 ounce sodas a day-sometimes more and was very sedentary.
He dropped the junk, soda and actually started an exercise regimen for at least 1 hr a day. He does not have diabetes 2 anymore and stopped the prescription. he says it does not work for everyone.
