  1. I've often seen images in the various tumblrs I check out of nude bicycling events, and have read about some specific ones. Has anyone ever participated? Honestly, I can't imagine the discomfort. Back when I biked a lot, I did my first 100-mile day wearing just the thin nylon workout shorts popular in the 80's, and it was hell. When I bought my most recent bike, not that I'm not doing long distances like that, I told the guy I was looking for the most comfortable bike I could find. I've got the padded biking shorts (difficult to find in my current size). I can't imagine the pinching & chafing that'd come with riding bare-ass. Picture, because I know it'll get this thread more attention :-)
  2. @friendofsheila 's comment reminded me of one Miss Manners letter on this subject. She said (paraphrasing from memory), "What does the person offering this comment expect to hear in return? 'Wow, I never noticed. Thanks! I'm going to run right home & throw out that Sara Lee cheesecake I was saving for a pre-dinner snack!'"
  3. Can't say it better than everyone else already has. What an ass.
  4. I was recently out to my group of friends, and one of them & I had gone to one of those mazes cut into cornfields. We were lost, trying to figure out where we were, and my friend kept saying "I know we're just rimming the border of the maze". I finally had to ask him to stop, and asked him to google what the word meant. I don't think he was ready to hear that from me yet.
  5. Well, so far it looks like there are only three masseurs signed up in the US - two in the state of New York, one in the state of NY. :-) I will keep checking & see if it gets more listings.
  6. There's lots of information already out there in the forums about guys from Sean Cody & Corbin Fisher who escort if you do some searching.
  7. I got into a confrontation with an accounting teacher in college. Multiple choice question, all answers were pretty bad, I picked what I thought was the best one and he marked it wrong. I talked to him about it and he wouldn't budge. I went to our high school's accounting teacher and he picked the same answer did (along with making the comment "your teacher's an idiot"). I appealed again to the college teacher (omitting the 'idiot' comment) and again he wouldn't budge, and made a snarky comment about "people who get their accounting degrees from matchbook covers". By this time it was a full-on quest, so I brought the question to the Dean of Accounting at the university and he answered the same way I had. When I told the teacher this, he was angry, and then had a full-on shrieking fit at me in front of the class. Fun times.
  8. Finally cooling down in Michigan. Between the heat and the rain-coming-only-on-weekends, it hasn't been one of our best summers.
  9. I've been tempted, but never have used it. I'd find a "ignore this thread" function to be helpful.
  10. I understand the limerick reference, but I can't figure out the graphic on his shirt.
  11. Just once. It was a repeat of one of my earliest hires, late 80's I'd say. He'd moved away but was back for a visit; the second time he insisted on the condom.
  12. How many of us oldsters clicked on this topic thinking it MIGHT be Adam Grant, the porn star from the 90s? http://www.smutjunkies.com/updates/wp-content/uploads/models/100/100566.jpg
  13. I just watched the new trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2 (The Crimes of Grindelwald), and Jodorowsky's son Brontis is in the movie, as the alchemist Nicholas Flamel. I am not sure if this is the same son who he had in mind to play Paul in his version of Dune - my head is exploding in geekery right now and I cannot research this thoroughly. UPDATE: I have recovered sufficiently, is is the same son.
  14. Encounters like that are funny. I saw a guy who'd been an early Chaosmen model (Ulrich) working the take-out counter at Olga's Kitchen. It seemed like he was training (he stood behind the guy that I paid for my order & watched), and I never saw him in subsequent visits there.
  15. yeah, I forgot about them. They were in the Sorcerer's Stone and Order of the Phoenix movies, possibly more. Totally CGI, I think, not a human torso CGI'd onto a horse body. There was a more significant centaur storyline in "Order of the Phoenix" (a centaur was hired as divination professor after Umbridge fired Trelawney) but that part never made it into the movie.
  16. Game of Thrones has made dragons totally believable, I think Pern would be a great option. I just looked it up and there was some buzz around late 2014 about a Dragonriders of Pern movie, but nothing since. I think the next big challenge is centaurs That "Hercules" miniseries from 2005 with Paul Telfer (who I drooled over) did a laughable job on the centaurs , the last centaur I can remember is Pierce Brosnan in the Percy Jackson movies, also not convincing. Centaurs would make an adaptation of Titan/Wizard/Demon possible, and also Ringworld (the puppeteers) - THOSE would be a challenge. I've always pictured Sigourney Weaver as Cirocco Jones in Titan/Wizard/Demon, although by this time she's getting a bit old to play her.
  17. Maybe a dozen, with a guy who escorted on & off over the years. That's the high end, most guys its just once or twice. It would be more guys but apparently the guys who tickle my fancy never stay in the business for long. Or maybe it's one session with me convinces them this isn't the career for them :-(
  18. There's another version of Dune that never made it to the screen. The documentary "Jodorowsky's Dune" explores the attempt to make it. I thoroughly enjoyed that documentary, that Dune would have been a VERY strange movie. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jodorowsky%27s_Dune
  19. I watched Dune when they finally showed it on broadcast TV. There was additional footage, including an expositionary bit at the start explaining the four main planets and their history/roles. I noticed in the credits that David Lynch had his name removed as director, replaced by "Alan Smithee". Through some strange quirk of the rules, "Alan Smithee" is the ONLY name a director can use as a replacement if they are unhappy with the final result of a movie and want their name removed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Smithee
  20. "Bait Bus" was a series that specialized in this; given the number of established performers in them, I'm pretty sure they were all staged, not real straight guys.
  21. I stayed up all night (9 years old! ) with my father & watched the landing, on our black & white TV. I still remember the local station was playing "First Men in the Moon", that starts out with astronauts landing on the moon and finding evidence of a previous trip there.
  22. I use chewy.com and allivet.com for a couple supplements that I can't find at my local Pet Supplies Plus, otherwise I'm fiercely loyal to that store. They're locally based, the people there are incredibly helpful and always recognize my dog (and me, as an afterthought :-) ) when I visit. Our first visit there to pick out food for her right after I'd got her, the guy helping us knew a lot about the food, was almost unconsciously petting her the whole time he was talking to us, and mentioned at one point "She seems like a really happy dog, you're doing a good job with her." The cynical side of me thinks that could be a line they teach them in employee orientation :-P, but I do my best to look to them first for anything I need.
  23. Mike Gaite! https://www.pornhub.com/view_video.php?viewkey=101163931
  24. Good point, but honestly, I wouldn't mind.
