  1. I was taught two spaces after a period, in typing class on IBM Selectrics, required for all sophomores in 1975. Current style is one space. My copy-editor sister has spoken. I still do two spaces if I'm not paying attention.
  2. I lean that way. I don't bring my dog to friend's houses without asking, but it's rare that I don't ask when invited. I wouldn't do it in a restaurant without checking. But I've brought my dog into stores (always leashed); I'll leave if they object, but I've been surprised more than once about who objects and who doesn't. My dog is pretty well-behaved, good with people, and not a barker at all.
  3. Local big-chain home improvement/hardware stores Loews and Home Depot encourage bringing dogs, Loews has a sign on their door saying they're welcome. My local smaller hardware store also allows dogs, and I've noticed the guy in the paint department who's kind of a dick is noticeably friendlier when I bring my dog.
  4. Mine's as short as it can be, "This is poolboy, leave a message". Anyone who can't figure out that I'm not answering the phone, or what to do without my instructions is probably someone I don't need to talk to.
  5. My dog shuns citrus anyway.
  6. I remember my father mentioning to me that he was thinking of talking to my older sister about her hair, and how it wasn't appropriate for work (it was, nothing unusual about it). I laughed and said "You've been retired for 30 years. Knowing my sister, just how do you think that conversation is going to go?" Thinking back, he also mentioned my younger sister's weight to her. I'm MUCH fatter than her and he's never said anything about my weight to me.
  7. Agreed. And it goes a long way with me when you SAY that you've tried to search, rather than giving the impression you didn't even try.
  8. Do you mean Robert Axel?
  9. Sorry, I don't. I did a bit of looking yesterday and (apologies to Tyler) but now I'm thinking I may've mixed up Tyler Saint and Trace Michaels, they were both making massage videos at the same time. Trace did get fucked in a few scenes, once by Brodie Sinclair. Check these out, though: https://www.xvideos.com/video1490133/gay_masseur_assfucked_by_straight_client https://www.xvideos.com/video2701501/gay_masseur_sucks_and_gets_assfucked_by_straight_guy https://www.xvideos.com/video3162729/gay_masseur_gets_his_ass_filled_by_straight_guy https://www.xvideos.com/video2892238/mature_gay_masseur_assfucked_by_straight_client https://www.xvideos.com/video28092571/brendan_patrick_fucked_by_masseur_brock_avery https://www.xvideos.com/video34676523/circumcised_masseur_gets_fucked_and_jizzed https://www.xvideos.com/video36204425/masseur_bareback_fucked
  10. as @BluDay points out, if the request comes from you, it's tacky. But this came from the provider. I don't see any downside to this.
  11. I think this is a thread I can get my arms around. I hope it keeps going for a while.
  12. Hahaha. nice placement of the hand shadow on the left.
  13. Todd Sanfield always seems to be photographed with untrimmed pubes. I do like that. :-)
  14. According to IMDB's "goofs" section, someone of that time & place would have more likely said "A thousand million".
  15. I felt exactly the same way, it didn't grab my interest. Best thing about last night was the amazing bottle of red wine I got at Trader Joe's for $4.
  16. Not to be debbie downer, but the manager at a local club resigned because he was (among other things) tired of spending his time in court; the owner delegated all that to him.
  17. Wow, okay. This is about a club named "Spunk", that's installed iPads in the dancer area to track time for private sessions. I had pictured some sort of Rube Goldberg device.
  18. Doubt it. Parents paying for college is nowhere near universal; some of my good friends, from good homes, paid their own way through college. I was lucky enough that my parents paid my way. I think once you turn 18, any legal obligation for anykind of support is over.
  19. I do a lot of searching for dog-friendly restaurants, and have gotten to the point where it's a big factor in my decision on where to eat. Allowing dogs on outside patios is somewhat common in Michigan, although it's technically illegal. There's a bill in the Michigan legislature to officially make it legal (if not required). I know of very few restaurants where dogs are allowed inside, none in Michigan that I know of. Norm's in Seattle is the most famous one I've heard of: https://www.normseatery.com/ Even they acknowledge (from the "dogs rules" section of their site) "For the most part, we can get away with our furry friends (dogs only) coming into Norm’s without the Health Department giving us a hard time. " https://www.bringfido.com/ is a great resource for finding dog friendly restaurants, hotels, etc.
  20. The Tyler Saint massage videos end up with him bottoming sometimes. It's more often he's the top, but it's not 100%.
  21. Our local butcher has soup bones, marked "Great for stews, soups, and well-behaved dogs". :-)
  22. Hahaha. Like a breath mint, never decline one when offered.
  23. It doesn't cause the gas or bad breath in my dog. She LOVES fish-based stuff. I buy her cat treats every once in a while.
  24. I've got a pretty impressive collection of chemistry glassware I used for drinking. My favorite is the Florence Flask, that's my nightstand-water pitcher. My younger sister sent me a couple of very large graduated cylinders, I have a picture of my roommate & I drinking beer from them, imitating John Watson's bachelor party in "Sherlock".
  25. I second the vote for Taste of the Wild. I'll mix it up with Merrick Backcountry Raw Select. My dog's kind of a picky eater. And I get canned food (usually from those same brands) that she gets as a treat once a week or so. There are a couple canned brands that, intentionally, include chicken bones. They cook them up enough so they're soft & no danger of splinters, and they say the dogs love the marrow. I flipped out when I saw the first one, emailed them, they explained it. I looked at comments on their site and soooo many of them were from people flipping out over a bone just like I did.
