I've hired Wayne many times. He is definitely on the cautious side. We're not always gonna match with somebody. I too air on the side of caution when meeting strangers online. He definitely has a wall up, he's told me before, he has to protect himself, if you make him feel at ease he will warm right up to you. By far one of the best hires I ever had. He's had guys stalk him before and say crazy things to him. I was actually with him at his house when an obsessive admirer showed up unannounced. Wayne is one of the most gorgeous men in this industry. From my experiences with him, he is nothing short of incredible. If he charged $1,000 an hour it would totally be worth it. I always book him for a 6 hour boyfriend experience/massage and I am never disappointed. To the classy businessman who wants some fun in Vegas, Wayne is definitely a top pick for me. I just finished an overnight with iammagicwayne. Being fully transparent here, he is one of few providers I'm willing to spend $2,000 on. 
The first time I met him we went to a very nice dinner, he was very friendly and easy to get along with. His boyfriend skills inside and outside of the bedroom are a step above the rest. He really made me feel desired and appreciated. Definitely the real deal. The screening process is important to him, he won't meet just anyone. I'm an older biz professional, nothing special about me. What put me at ease was how he treated me like a person, not just a "client". When I was with him I really felt valued. I am a premium member of RM, but since the beginning of this year, you cannot, even as a premium member, publish a review unless you register your phone number for verification. As I do not want RM to call me or send SMS to my phone, this is a total showstopper for me. So I think this reduces even further the number of reliable reviews in RM.

I used to write reviews before such required a paid membership, which I refuse to do.

We're lucky in that we were able to save EVERYTHING. Thanks to the work of Orin and "Team Washington", they were able to get root level access to the server. That allowed me to export the entire forum entirely as-is and move it to a new server.
 
I have not had a chance to export other sites such as the review site. I'll attempt to work on that later.

Early this morning, something happened at the hosting company, and the site fell through a wormhole. I'd been talking with @RadioRob about it yesterday, and contacted him. For most of the day, he's been busy rescuing the site. Since he couldn't get it to work on the old server, he copied it to another one, and set up a new URL, M4M-forum.org to point to it. Now that it's working in its new home, the old site re-directs to the new one, where you should be now. Please bookmark the new URL.
 
Once we have updated the DNS entries for the old site's URL to point to the new server, the redirect will no longer be needed and the old server can be relinquished. There is other work to do for moving the review site.
 
All of this means that it is time to decide who will own and run this place.
