I've been on Mounjaro for nearly a year and , please be careful with the dosage. While I did lose the weight, the side effects were way more than I bargained for. I dealt with some severe stomach issues that just wouldn't go away even after I stopped taking it.

To resolve this issue from a legal standpoint, I have been connected with GLP-1 Drug Lawsuits after my doctor admitted the drug caused permanent digestive damage. It’s a lot to handle, so just make sure you’re talking through all the long-term risks with your doctor before you start, especially if you have a sensitive stomach.

62 times a day sounds wild. I always thought the average was way lower, like that 14 times study mentioned. Guess we're all just more "active" than we realized.

Many people use gentler tension methods instead of tape because they are easier to keep clean and adjust. The process is slow and depends on steady light tension rather than force. A urologist or a doctor who works with skin stretch therapies can explain safe options and help you avoid irritation. Checking communities that focus on restoration tools and routines can also give you practical feedback from people who have done it.

mizuki777 got a reaction from BigDMike in Penile implants: how can you tell?
From what I've read, that's one of the main signs. Implants allow for that "on demand" readiness without the typical refractory period or fluctuations you see normally. 90 minutes is a long time to stay fully turgid otherwise.

"One-handed towel massage" should honestly be his business slogan. Can't believe he thought that was acceptable. Sorry you had to waste time (and money) on that clown.

I tried tracking mine for a while but it just felt random. For me, things like diet and gym schedule seem to have a much bigger impact than any internal cycle I could find.

Yeah, it's crazy how much those sites mark up the prices sometimes. I always check the hotel's own website or give them a quick call before booking anything now. Usually, they'll even throw in free breakfast or a better room if you book direct.

mizuki777 got a reaction from + claym in Anyone try Rugiet?
Rugiet mixes a low dose of tadalafil with other ingredients in a fast dissolving tablet, so people try it for quicker onset. It works for some but the effect varies and it is still a prescription medication. A doctor can tell you if the combination makes sense for your health and any meds you already take. Checking a few user reviews online can also give you a feel for how predictable the timing is.

Totally agree about Plymouth Rock, it’s such a letdown when you finally see it.
If anyone is visiting Tennessee, skipping Graceland might save you some money. It's pricey and always packed. Instead, go check out the Smoky Mountains or even just Cades Cove. The views are way better and it actually feels like a vacation.

Ugh, the NYC subway with suitcases is literally a workout you didn't ask for. If you're heading to Hell's Kitchen, Newark (EWR) is way easier than JFK. Last time I just used Transfeero to get straight to my hotel because I couldn't deal with the transfers. Try the Fairfield Inn & Suites right by Penn Station, it's decent and super central.

Check out Long Island City. It is just one subway stop from Manhattan and way cheaper. I stayed at the Hyatt Centric there last time and it was super chill. Safe, clean, and the staff didnt care who came or went. Definitely worth a look if you want to stay under $400!

Most doctors say to wait about a week before doing anything too strenuous to keep the pressure in your eye down. Definitely double check with your surgeon though. Wishing you a quick recovery!

100% sell and invest. The costs stack up fast, the insurance hits hard, and holding a place you never plan to use just drains your money for no reason.

I had a similar property and I sold it through Cash Offer Kentucky because I wanted a clean exit and a fast payout. It cut out the stress and let me put the money into something that actually grew. If you want the simplest path, that kind of direct sale makes everything easier.
