  1. Believe it or not, what I like the most about Rhyheim is his brains. You cannot brag about that.
  2. Who knows, perhaps I will start worshipping you after your next forum reincarnation.
  3. Christendom is primarily a "Western" group of churches nowadays. After centuries of oppression by Christian zealots, most Western countries learned their lesson and have switched to secular states. When Christians were massacring and burning innocents in the Middle Ages, Muslims protected civilization and continued the path that Greek and Roman philosophers and scientists started. Without Islam back then, we may have never had a European Renaissance. Islam is going through something like Medieval times nowadays in how they understand the relationship between Religion and Society. Moderate, rational Muslims are oppressed under those Theocracies as everyone else. But things could change again. They could have a secular revolution, while we could have a Theocratic reaction. Look at Russia and Uganda; look at Southern US states. I live in the USA. It was not Muslims who imposed their beliefs on all women by denying their freedom of choice over their bodies. No Muslims advocated and approved of anti-gay, trans, and drag laws across the US. The ones feeding on hatred in the US and the Americas are the worse Christian factions. That is my point. Unsurprisingly, the same forum members who defend Christian bigotry condemn Muslims and whine when they perceive others applying a double standard.
  4. Check his posting history. He displays the same duplicity he is denouncing here, and I suspect this is at least the fourth reincarnation of someone who used to say he was teaching in NYC. Of course, I may be wrong. I am often wrong.
  5. Plus, if I were the escort (not this one), I would appreciate knowing why this potential client is not taking my business.
  6. I am just moved by the empathy of those who condemn Muslim bigotry in faraway countries while celebrating American Christian hatred as an expression of religious freedom. Who do you think are the crazies supporting the anti-gay, anti-trans, and anti-drag fever in the US? Where are the threats for sexual minorities coming from if we live in the USA? When someone in the US condemns Muslim bigotry, I do not defend Muslims. I remind everyone of the most immediate threat to gays, trans, drags, and women living in the Americas. I think I said it before. The unintelligent and the uneducated mistake criticism for hatred. Remember Patt.
  7. I am not giving a pass to anyone. I am against Theocratic governments of any sign, not against Muslims. I am against Muslim Tehocracies and their homophobia. My concern is that homophobic Christians use Muslim homophobia to make themselves look and feel better.
  8. I do not think it is a false equivalence. Nowadays, most Muslim countries are Theocracies, and that is the issue. If Christians control the government as in Uganda, we would have the same problem in any other country.
  9. I have read that these billionaires and the pilots were aware of the risks and that everyone on this expedition and on previous trips had signed countless waivers were repeatedly went through the warning on the risk of losing their lives. I agree with the OP. Their families should be billed.
  10. You can see the two illustrations created with the AI here: WHY IS BAD PORN SO POPULAR? - ILikePinga -why poor porn rules ILIKEPINGA.COM WHY IS BAD PORN SO POPULAR? In a few words, because too many men do not know how to fuck.
  11. If you are xenophobic and easily scared by other cultures, you better stay out of South America. Thieves smell fear, so you should stay away. Besides, we would have more room for the fun.
  12. Interesting. The same guys who cannot distinguish reality from delusional fantasies cannot understand artistic interpretation and reinterpretation.
  13. LOL. There are a lot of prompts that will trigger an evasive answer from the AI. You must reword your question to figure out how to go around these filters. I have been playing around with GPT and Bard; they have great potential. The funny thing is when you ask them political questions. I will not bring examples to avoid breaking the ban on politics, but I found GPT more politically progressive than Bard. The primary issue I found is that sometimes they make up information when they do not find enough data. I asked them to generate my bio (with my real name) and learned that I won an Oscar. I have also been playing with this AI that generates images after written prompts. It is less fruitful than text generators, but sometimes you have exciting results. I am working on a post for my blog where I will use two illustrations generated this way. My school's teachers are very concerned about the students using GPT for cheating.
  14. I think this may be the best response to the issue so far. Everything depends on many contextual variables. The only thing missing is that we also have to consider the socio-political-cultural context, which I think you are implying.
  15. Considering the "Color Blindness" of some White posters defending blackface, I would suggest asking for their opinion of our Black members. Do we have anyone left?
  16. And yet, you do not seem to know much more than I do about what was happening on stage during their performances, regarding artistic quality. Again, you may be right, but I think you should also entertain the possibility that you are just filling the gaps with a narrative that you find appealing: damn excessive wokeism.
  17. I am appalled that in a forum for sex work fans, someone would still opposed "real jobs" and "real life" to sex work.
  18. Thank you. It looks like a possibility, but still there are a lot of assumptions in your hypothesis. One of the lines that stroke me in your argumentation is You may be underestimating the audience. If the plays were intended to be critic of any groups, mindsets, ideologies, etc., why criticism should be perceived as "finger wagging"? Are you setting this audience at the same level of stupidity some anti-woke posters display in this forum? Of course, I have never read a script or attended a show, so you may be right. But based on the same sources you are sharing here, I do not see "excess of wokism". I am not saying that there is no such a thing. Unfortunately, yes there is. There are brainless representatives of all political/cultural mindsets, including wokism. I just do not understand your conviction in this particular case. Additionally, we are talking about an artistic expression's quality (are we?), which does not depend on its popularity. You are an educated and smart man, so I am sure I do not need to make the long list of successful crap, or failing masterpieces we have seen along Art History.
  19. Just saw this. Your imagination also has a lot to do with your interpretation of this company halting productions.
  20. It sounds like you are questioning their explanation (the pandemic) based only in your dislike of what you perceive as excessive wokism. Do you have any evidence other than your preferences?
  21. Newsroom staff revolts against managers who told them to cover fewer pride events Another article I liked. My favorite piece: Staff were outraged at the notion public opinion should guide the TV station’s news coverage. Such a refreshing contrast with the posters advocating for submission to the masses!
  22. Sure, genius. And I am back to loving American (Airlines)! They gave me an upgrade, and I had a fantastic flight. I have short-term memory issues. 😇
  23. Bull shit. With guys like you, we would still have slavery.
  24. The difference is that the article does not stop at remembering the Stonewall riots. History in the report is the fundament to question gay conformism and advocate for recovering the original meaning of Stonewall. It also reminds privileged homosexuals that we owe much of our rights and comfortable position to the braveness of drags, trans, and hustlers, the same ones being looked down on and discriminated against now.
