That is a good point to explain the trend in the USA.
-
In the Argentina I grew, back in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, the attraction of young men for older guys was a common place. This has been negatively affected by US consumerist gay culture's globalization, but still is far more common than in the US. I noticed the same in other South American countries I am visiting now that I am older. My hook-up apps give me a lot of access to hot young men (for free) in Brazil and Colombia. When I visit Argentina I am still successful hooking up in the streets with younger hotties. But when I travel inside the country, I can clearly notice the difference. Gay mainstream globalized culture is not yet there.

Indeed, aging makes us less attractive for most young men. However, it makes me sad when I see older men who think they are unattractive for ALL younger men. I wish them a better luck.

Unexpected warning by Microsoft about the "other" site
+ José Soplanucas replied to coriolis888's topic in The Lounge
Even Daddy had moved on from this ridiculous beefing between both sites. We have no many outlets where we can share our experiences with sex work. It is sad that instead of supporting each other, we are acting like middle schoolers beefing in social media about who has more followers. I do not want to correct AGAIN all the inaccuracies here. I did it in another thread, and the thread was deleted by the mods. But this is indeed childish. -
My experience is from four years ago, so it may be outdated. He was great that day. Jay Alexander - ILikePinga -he made me feel one of his porn partners ILIKEPINGA.COM Jay Alexander is the kind of gay escort who can enjoy sex with average Joes just as much as with other porn stars. Call him.

I never had problems in my golden years. Fucking in the gym bathroom was a common occurrence, or in public bathrooms when I was walking the city and unexpected hookups would happen. The streets in Buenos Aires in the 80s and 90s were in flames. I would also say NYC streets in the 90s were an easy hunting territory. Nowadays I have no complains about street cruising. Last June I hoocked up two hotties in Buenos Aires, once in the subway and once in the street. I live in DC, and almost do not go out as much, but I bet you sex is as easy as it was when I was just arrived and very active, between 2002 and 2010.

I think it is a typo. He probably meant "not allowed".

I think I have noticed more legit ads in Friendboys. I wonder whether or not clients are finally going to support the alternatives to RM. Before the pandemic, when I was still hiring in the US and supporting Friendboys and Mintboys as alternatives to RM, we got a lot of backlash here. A lot. Let's see what happens now.

Absolutely yes. You are new in these forums and I had not noticed you before. My apologies, I had to double check. You are probably learning that not everyone here follows the rules of logics. -

Let's keep hammering the same concept, perhaps finally you all get it. It's important to recognize that language can be highly subjective, and the meanings of words can vary from person to person. The way individuals identify with and understand terms related to their identity, such as "queer," can be deeply personal and may differ from one person to another. "Queer" is a term that has been reclaimed by many in the LGBTQ+ community, and it is often used as an inclusive and umbrella term to describe non-heteronormative sexual orientations and gender identities. -

Would you say you are gay AND queer? Honest question, no snark here. -

Until just a few days ago, this thread served as a special place where we could set aside our personal differences and come together, united by our shared humanity, our common fear of loss, and our collective anxiety about endings. I kindly urge those who wish to criticize or belittle someone that others in this group hold dear to please redirect your efforts to another thread. Let's preserve this space as a refuge where we can continue to connect on a deeper level. Please, please, please.

I agree with your first statement. About the second one, I think some have moved over there because we can discuss politics, others because of beefs with current and/or extinct moderators, but I do not know of anyone who moved over there because of political or points of views disagreement. I do not even think it is @unicorn's case. If he was looking for an echo chamber, he did not find one over there.

I am extremely glad to report that @Lookinis well enough to post in Gayguides.

THANK YOU for that! Some of the posters with plenty of time should recompile an anthology of his posts. So many were borderline with geniality! As a side note, now I am also missing Adam Smith, but I do know he passed during the pandemic. 🥲

Now I am also concerned about another of my favorite forum members: @Lookin His last login was on September 13th. I hope you are well! I miss your wisdom!

Hypocrisy in the polish catholic church
+ José Soplanucas replied to cany10011's topic in The Lounge
In general, I agree. However, when we make these arguments, we often misunderstand the meaning of hypocrisy. One thing is an imperfect human being that more or less often fails to live up to their own moral standards; and another thing is to live a life of double standards. Of course, my personal experience is only anecdotal information, but the many Catholic priests that I met and were having sex were all hypocrites on that matter. But someone who "occasionally" does things in secret that they wouldn't condone in public is not necessarily an hypocrite.
