Can you name names on your shitty experience?

I’m surprised I haven’t found anything about this guy here. I first came across his ads 10 or so years ago using these exact photos. The esthetic says they were taken at least 10 years before that–if not 20. I actually contacted him once and asked why he doesn’t update.
