Some things are presumably sensitive- such as facial pictures or genitalia pictures (the provider may not simply not want their hole or dick to be viewable by strangers). Minimizing the amount of people who do see these things is understandable for certain providers.
Making everything viewable also means acknowledging that some people are jacking off to your sensitive photos for free, which might feel too disrespectful or exploitative-for-free to  allow.
I wouldn’t agree with sending face or private pictures after, though. I would recommend providers try to get a feel for whether someone is interested in meeting, based on conversation.

I knew a guy who charged well above market rate. He said he gets about 4 clients a month doing that and that's all he wanted. For some it's not necessarily about maximizing revenue. All the power to them. Decline and move on.

I believe this is to be expected, as maybe they don’t think a meeting is likely given that you’re in different locations.
 
I’m more concerned about when I’m in their location and even message them before requesting. It seems premium has helped me gain access in that situation.

This seems odd, especially with no dataset available.
 
While browsing in several cities, it seems to me me that those in the top/verse top category are considerably more common than those in the bottom/ verse bottom category.

Agreed- Dayuse temporary room renting is truly amazing for those times where a provider is coming in and can’t host! (Frustratingly common in NYC).

You acted nice. I don't do anal, but met some providers who, if their clients did that, just walked out in disgust (with the money of course).

Should have charged him 1/2 the ER rate! That’d easily be a 10k+ visit.  ER doc, x-rays, specialists etc.

I’ve been hiring for around a year in a certain Floridian city. I recently booked a regular bottom provider. 
 
We were having sex, and I could sense trouble coming when I started to smell that odor of a porta potty that has been blown up post-football game. 
 
After I removed my penis (post cum), the level of 💩 that exited his ass was …… clinical. He needed to go to the hospital because it seemed like diarrhea that was pent up. 
 
He was in tears afterwards. Inconsolable. I told him it was ok and he should go shower and he was free to go (I of course paid him).

it’s been weeks, and he told me the health issue has been resolved, and that he actually has been bottoming for the last couple of days with no issue. However, he says he doesn’t want to see me just yet because of his sense of shame. 
 
How do I let him know that it didn’t seriously impact me that much at all? Anyone ever dealt with a really good provider who has a nasty accident and is too ashamed to come back to you?

Thought I'd come back and update since I met Beau earlier this week in London. Easily one of the best hiring experiences I've had. Communication stayed good beforehand, he arrived on time and followed through fully on what we had discussed. Looks like his pictures, very charming and really good fun both to talk to and to play with. Not a clock watcher, we overran time but he wouldn't take any extra over the agreed fee when I offered, saying it had been his choice to stay longer. Didn't ask for a review to confirm @nate_sf's point. Genuinely lovely guy and I'd definitely see him again.
