An MRI his doctor gave him a prescription for.

Get the MRI, it will tell the whole story. My untrained eye could see the on the MRI the tear of my Supraspinatus muscle plain as day. I’ve had 3 arthroscopic shoulder rotator cuff surgeries, two on right side and one on the left. For me, the recovery wasn’t a big deal, arm in a sling for a few weeks, physical therapy for 8-12 weeks, good as new. I’m not a super active athlete type, but was able to return to light workouts at gym pretty early on. You MUST complete the recommended post-op physical therapy.

Must have been roughly 30-35 years ago. I was in Las Vegas for a business convention, had recently lost a job in the industry and picked up a less satisfactory job in same industry, so all the same faces and acquaintances were at the convention, but I wasn’t happy. I’ve never once called ahead and asked that. If there’s an elevator key pass required I meet in the lobby, if not…right up to my room. Zero issues with visitors here in SoCal, ever. My feeling is most hotel employees have “seen it all”.

Note this changes up…there’s a particular Hilton I really like using, but it doesn’t always pop up on as available on DayUse. I suspect it has to do with how busy they are, and the fill in quiet times with DayUse and other similar apps. But there is always something/somewhere available.

About 20 years ago I met a porn performer (can’t remember his name), his penis looked much, much worse than that pic posted above. I actually thought that pic was a decent job of filling. This particular porn performer had a very lumpy, uneven, penis. Yes, thick….but ugly. He regretted the decision to try and enhance it.
