There are many self appointed police squads on the forum who will jump on things. Bareback police, food police, tattoo police, exercise police, rates-you-pay police, rates-they-charge police, where you hunt for fun police..... It’s all part of the plethora of fun here...goes with the territory.

I got a message last night that the site was going down for maintenance 8:00PDT Wednesday night...warning users to log off, messages in progress would be lost. This morning I had to log back in with username/pass but I’m online with them ok.

Lean steak does well in the sous vide, but I’d sear it on a grill or dry cast iron skillet quickly right before serving to add some browned/Maillard reaction for some flavor. Searing oil free would preserve your health benefits

Oh I’d disagree...I can tell you many, many of my peers are parents who look at their children’s phones constantly, checking text messages, SnapChat convos, Insta accounts, etc. the high school counselors encourage it. I personally don’t agree with that kind of tactic but I KNOW it’s prevalent.
