There’s no “recipe” for guacamole I mash some avocados, add some salt and acid (lime, lemon, vinegar, whatever’s handy) and season to taste from there. And no measuring! And please...NO mayo or sour cream, not sure where those spoilers got added to some people’s guacamole process.

This works....but sometimes younger guys I think I could have met without being “gen” ask for it immediately because of my hinting emojis.

My bad adding the word “French” to fries. You have no idea how I should know better. There is a USA nationwide shortage of frozen potato fries happening now, prices to restaurants increasing 25%...watch your fry prices at your favorite spots. Blame Taco Bell nacho fries, and some farming/drought issues. More/worse predicted into 2019

Like a lot of things on Seeking (and in life) it varies. I always give the interesting young men that I meet there some sort of allowance (after a no-obligation coffee/lunch meet - never before). I am not in a position in my life to offer someone to live in with me in exchange for room and board. I have had a couple rare instances where the sugarbaby has indicated an allowance was no longer necessary. Some local travel, dinners out, local hotels for the night, were enough. But that’s rare and often doesn’t last. I will admit to sometimes using seeking arrangements as a place to find a friend who is a bit more value oriented than an RM advertising escort. No I’m not cheap I’m quite fair. Yes, it’s a lot more work… And many here don’t have the time or inclination to invest in that kind of work.

I had potato pizza (not with French fries) in Rome once. I now make it often with thinly sliced potatoes and mushrooms (sautéed a bit first) and herbs de Provence, sometimes on red sauce sometimes just good olive oil. Some times cheese sometimes not. I’m Not a huge fan of sun-dried tomatoes, but they are often found in this potato pizza as well.

It’s not hard to run up the bill with additions, such as @purplekow grated truffles. Add ins or entrees such as A5 Wagyu beef from Japan, some special sushi, foie gras’, etc. Zagat (I miss!) said of Drei Hussaren in Vienna “beware the appetizer cart” and indeed you could easily triple the cost of your meal just on appetizers!
