  1. This is rarely discussed...we gleefully expose a faker and move on. But isn’t there a victim here in the innocent person on IG or FB or some other social website whose pics are usd?
  2. Haha, I was going to “like” your post until your “PS edit”. I don’t think it’s ever ok to use fake/borrowed pics. The rest of your post has a lot of merit and good ideas. And after some messaging perhaps the escort would send a face pic, I have had that work for me.
  3. And more and more I’m just moving on, it’s frustrating. Punctuality alone has taken a back seat, let alone the implied attitude in your post that he’s sot hot (sending you the pic) that you should be so excited see him hours late, LOL
  4. Fires just missed them.....interestingly a side effect I’d never thought of....their untouched property jumped significantly after the fires!? Turns out this is common, there is so much less inventory available in the market from so many homes destroyed!
  5. I hear you....I had a sister move just a few years ago from a decent 4 bedroom house in Orange County. Nicely remodeled, all the pluses. She and her husband bought a 4 bedroom house a couple miles outside of Redding, CA.....8 acres with a year round stream running through the property, deer, wildlife, etc!
  6. $600k is the SoCal Median If I were to spend $2m on a house it wouldn’t be in WeHo, but there are beautiful areas there and the entertainment industry is so close by, and they pay.
  7. That is not polite. “Normal person” It’s California baby. A hot neighborhood, maybe a nice gay DINK couple?
  8. Not a bad idea at all! Home inspection as mentioned above....also many realtors will throw in a one year home protection policy. These vary widely and usually aren’t as useful as they sound.
  9. I’m glad someone sees the reality of a massive windfall as I do....part of the planning.
  10. As Jack Ryan he’s smoking and shirtless!
  11. I’ve never really liked it
  12. My maternal grandfather was a huge baseball fan, and also loved the Cardinals. He was a pharmacist at Thrifty drugs and would schedule part of his vacation around the World Series every October!
  13. Scotch/milk is a thing for some people. I don’t understand that...but I’ve seen it. https://scotchaddict.com/milk-scotch-punch-recipe.html
  14. Do your have children, family members who would possibly need security protection? Kidnapping, abduction of loved ones for cash is not unusual for the wealthy
  15. When I chased the Grateful Dead for a bit, yes
  16. Sorry that’s a myth...they don’t have disclose
  17. Here’s what I mean:
  18. No...I stated no political....don’t go there
  19. I would give away SO MUCH of it...and not to political interests of any leaning
  20. Ok...who gets what I mean when I say “edge”. It’s not usually inside information like a jockey is going to throw a race, or a boxer throw a fight. It’s usually in a casino’s favor...like roulette pays 35/1 sounds huge! But there are 38 ways to lose (36 numbers and 0/00) the casino owns the edge on that. When a lottery jackpot outstrips the calculated odds, you have a slight edge. Edit: so the jackpot is a billion, here’s the odds showing the consumer has an edge, mind you losing streak could cost you a billion and more than a few lifetimes. “The odds of winning the top prize were 1 in 258,890,850. Since Mega Millions modified the formula, players now pick five numbers from 1 to 70 and a Mega number of 1 to 25. The odds of winning the jackpot are now 1 in 302,575,350”
  21. Now you understand me
  22. You’d be in the minority
  23. Got it every one?
