I’m watching....like late last season I feel like they’re on a rush to “wrap things up”. I’ve no real theories on what’s going to happen but I’m enjoying watching it unfold. I lost about 45# once on Sugar Busters. Ironically I was just talking to some friends about it today. I always called it a “superset” of a sort of Atkins...or nowadays “Keto”. I’m a big believer in what works for one person doesn’t always work for another. The no sugar, low carb worked for me...I always had lots of energy too.
