Replying to my own post.... Amazon has been stumbling a bit again in my SoCal area. Be careful with your profile to avoid getting reported. There are some who feel Grindr isn’t an appropriate platform for hiring and will report you. I do report underaged Profiles on Grindr....but otherwise it’s laissez-faire, live and let live.

So I’d try terms like “helpful”, “open minded”, “respect mature”, etc. sometimes less is more? Be discreet and careful and avoid getting reported ?

No apologies, it’s a great thread! It’s no secret I’m a fan of seeking. And yes you’re right...there have been lots of new message/profiles from twinky boys, and yes more Colombians too! But I’ve found the quality, seriousness, and follow through to be much flakier with this recent “Covid crop” ? Many, many more straight out asking for cash, “platonic/online only”, etc. While there is a plethora of new profiles, there is also a substantial rise in profiles being blocked, deleted, removed sometimes before I even read their message to me. Whether the missing profiles are due to admins, reporting, or whatever I don’t know but it’s way up. The sad flip side is a few of my local regulars, or some that I was hoping to groom into regulars....are still online but geographically scattered to the four winds. Mainly because their schools closed if they returned home to family in distant states. It can still be a productive and fun resource!

To answer the OP’s question, no I’m not “inticed” nor do I seek out straight men. That said...I feel there’s no reason to label people’s sexuality. If I didn’t have an open mind and appreciate all varieties of “gray” between the poles of the black/white gay/straight continuum, I would have missed out on A LOT of fun!
