Both correct in my situation. I will sometimes send a pic to seal the deal: a) not that concerned about it in the first place b) I always send a pic of me that’s already commonplace online, Facebook, IG, etc. my (naive?) thinking is I could thwart any attempt at embarrassing me as a client or whatnot by admitting “yeah that’s my pic...not sure how they got ahold of that”. It’s worked in the single time ten years a provider made a pathetic attempt to “out” me as a client.

Just reinforces why I always pay so little attention to this area of a provider’s ad. I prefer to communicate with the gentleman and “ask” ?

I know I’m in the minority here, but occasional (not frequent avoidance style) name changes are only a “yellow” flag for me. Indicates more research and discussion required. So many newish/young guys don’t realize how it affects their brand to change names. And, some use it marketing tool to freshen up their ads. That said I’m not immune to the fact name changing isn’t good. ??
