  1. I wonder if any masked folks were fully vaxed? In my social group, I have several fully faxed friends still choosing to wear their masks just because they don't trust that those without them are really vaxed....
  2. Tim Adonis mentioned on the AMA Zoom call Friday night that the will be returning to Evolve. I don't recall if he mentioned a specific date or not. @Happy or @Coolwave35 Did either of you capture more specifics?
  3. Not necessarily - in conversations with others who have submitted reviews, many reviewers often include a tip in the amount paid.
  4. I did feel pretty good. Usually one of the set was fairly inexperienced and was being coached on technique, so I often the new guy do a body part, followed by a more experienced guy. Since there were hands everywhere, I didn't really notice who was doing what.
  5. Two hours - one way. This was for an eight-handed, two-hour massage about eight years ago. It was good the first time, and I made the drive three other times. Sometimes four, other times three masseurs. The lead massuer moved out of town and that was all she wrote.
  6. This is great - make sure that your monthly budget includes a line item for savings with a regular contribution to your savings. Every time your baseline income increases, increase your savings contribution by that amount. Yes, Yes, Yes - - I personally have split my savings dollars between savings for emergency and bigger items (cars, trips, residence) and retirement funds for years.
  7. I'm having a cosmetic treatment on my face next Friday and was excited that I could wear a mask while healing and not draw attention to any bruising.
  8. In the past, I've been a season ticket holder to the Columbus Crew. I was disappointed when earlier this week, they changed the team's name to Columbus SC.
  9. How did the two of you see this ad before I did?
  10. In both cases, is has been more than two years since I've seen these gents when they were based in other cities. I saw Jake once when I was visiting DC: JakeHughesTN, Erotic & Therapeutic Gay Massage in Nashville, TN (rentmasseur.com) I saw Dave twice when he was in Columbus: SoothebyDave, Erotic & Therapeutic Gay Massage in Nashville, TN (rentmasseur.com) Both were good massages. If I were visiting Nashville, I would try to schedule Jake first, then Dave.
  11. @RadioRob Thank you for both handling the server move seemlessly (and providing the advance notice prior to executing the transfer.)
  12. I hired him during my Las Vegas trip in November. I didn't find him feminine at all. I flagged him to rehire again on a future trip.
  13. We all wore Speedos when we were swimming laps or teaching swimming lessons. However, the trunks were actually better for sitting in the guard chairs - didn't snag as easily as the Speedos.
  14. What are you talking about? Lifeguards are definitely athletes. And they train in a similar fashion to competitive swimmers. I know the requirements for me to be a lifeguard at a public pool was less that what would be required to guard at an open-water facility, but we still had to swim x miles every week and once a month had to meet some timed requirements to retain our whistles and red lifeguard trunks.
  15. @Coolwave35 , @stevenkesslar, and other great members I am currently without my PC for a couple of days and trying to keep up with this thread on my iPhone 6s, this I will admit that I haven’t read everything completely. (This two finger typing thing sucks.) Anyway, I want reiterate a couple of comments I made a while ago. (1). A huge thanks to @Orin and @RadioRob for what they have accomplished to keep this site running the past few weeks. My concerns about the sites’ long-term technical survival have diminished significantly. (2). Given everyone’s comments and proposals about how this should be run, I know the community’s interest in the sites will ensure their survival and revelance to us, as a fun outlet to share humor, share the worst theater performances we’ve seen, or figure out how much cologne is too much to wear when meeting an escort. I know we all want resolution to how this site is going to be run. It reminds me of questions I have experienced in my years of doing corporate merger and acquisition work. When one company is bought by another, colleagues want to know the day after the merger announcement if they have a job, and in a merger of equals with both parties having thousands of employees, it usually takes months to make all of those decisions as usually executive management decisions needs to be made so they can participate in decisions on their teams. And often there are months between the announcement of the planned merger and the actual transaction closing, delaying further the actual effective dates of those decisions. So PATIENCE is the word I often find myself stating in M&A work. It takes time to execute things of a big nature. It feels that is appropriate to state that again here. Team Washington is making progress and they have the same desire to have Guy’s hard work continue that folks reading this thread have.
  16. @geminibear - - your pleas have been heard!
  17. We're jumping the gun here. None of us are the owners of the site. (Yes, the site does have an owner, albeit one that is deceased.) We should probably wait for an administrator/administratrix of the estate to be appointed by the state of Nevada. Once that is done, that individual would be in a position to direct the next steps.
  18. I seem to recall that there was a poll functionality a few years ago, and in the last refresh of it, the ability to create the polls was dropped. @Cooper or @deej - am I recalling correctly?
  19. I agree with you that Guy probably spent more time dedicated to all this than was necessary, probably preventing him from doing other things to keep the site up with current technologies. Interesting thought, but from a client perspective, I sense that the Deli is the lure that brings folks here. It was for me all those years ago.
  20. EDITED: Disregard this post - I found my answer in another thread!
  21. I hadn't tried to log on earlier today, so wasn't aware of the firedrill that happened earlier. Thanks to finding a fast solution.
  22. Thank you for posting this thought @RyanDean. My years of dealing with small businesses thinks that you are onto something here. I do think that a proposal outlining the plans for the site are critical, and not just the technicial and financial side of things. So far, from all of the great offers, I feel there are huge holes to what is being publicly presented as resources to support. Unfortunately, I'm on a contract right now and it will be a few more months before I can return to retirement. Otherwise I would be raising my hand trying to help more. At this time, I'd be willing to review any of the plans the potential next generation is interested in presenting to poke holes in it.
  23. For me it is all about wanting to enjoy it and practice, practice, practice.
  24. And once again West Virginia's lack of an Ivy League school prevents the state from making a "top ten list."
  25. Vanessa Williams (with the obvisious plan that she would introduce me to her ex - Rick Fox.)
