Can someone access and take out money from a bank account with just the account number? If using a computer, if it is not the same computer that the client regularly uses, the bank will ask two identifying questions which only the client can answer. Is it different in the States?

When I said the age thing can play both ways I meant sometimes clients might want to shave their age if they think a provider might turn them down for being too old.
