I will be taking a shot in the fall when the new vaccine is rolled out. Cases are on the rise here in Canada. Heard on CBC yesterday there are 30 deaths a week now in Quebec alone and outbreaks in over 120 long term care facilities. Also over 1000 hospitalizations. They are expecting numbers to continue rising into the fall.

That reminds me of a bartender over 20 years ago who sometimes worked the second horse shoe shaped bar at the right of the stage at that time. One night he wasn’t busy and there weren’t any dancers I fancied so I asked him if he would give me a dance. He said sure and he gave me a very memorable dance . I had never seen him naked but he had an admirable piece of equipment and it was fully functional including an impressive ejaculation to top it off.

Historical Events for 20th August 2024
Luv2play replied to CoM Moderators's topic in Today in History
That was the greatest decision ever made by our Supreme Court. After that the separatist movement shrivelled up and died. -
Probably. Bermuda doesn’t seem to me to be fertile ground for male escorts. It’s a very low key wealthy British colony that eschews glitzy tourism and hotels and cruise ships. The friends I have in Montreal who go there are WASPs who like to golf and play tennis. Being doing so forever, they like the ambience.

I read strawberries have the same effect. Since they are grown and are widely available in Canada, I prefer eating them. Altho since I had my prostate removed it makes no difference for me. But I do advise it to providers if the subject of eating their cum comes up in discussions of making arrangements for a session.

It sounds like the op may have inadvertently created a feeding frenzy at Campus by hiring a dozen or so dancers in his first weekend visit. The word probably got around amongst the dancers that a new big spender was present. In order to fend off unwanted approaches, and I have had to do this many times, a customer at the strip clubs needs to have some prepared lines to suit the circumstances. Newatthis has suggested a few. As he says it’s best to try to be honest with the dancers. If you have no interest in a particular dancer, just thank him for noticing you and say you have your eyes on someone else. Or you are waiting for another dancer to become available. That makes it clear he is not the one. He will understand as they are all in competition with each other. If you think he might be of interest but are not sure, say you are not wanting a private dance at the moment but he is welcome to chat with you if he has the time. Tell him at the moment you are enjoying the show. Above all try to be laid back and not seem to anxious about getting dances. It takes some experience to acquire this attitude and successfully project it.

Providers might want to consider, if they do incalls, to have a bed suitable for vigorous sex. Since I do a fair amount of incalls as a client, I have a bed that is a mattress on a box spring on the floor. Impossible to break. I have a two bedroom house but I usually sleep in this room. The other bedroom has a massive antique bed which has seen a lot of action over the 40 years I have had it. I once had to have the underpinnings reinforced when they gave way. Today it is strong enough to take a threesome but one where the participants aren’t doing acrobatics on it.

There was a review in RM recently where the bed of the provider broke and the client left a one star review. I don’t remember why the client posted such a poor review but he remarked in passing that the bed was low end cheap IKEA crap or words to that effect. The provider posted a rebuttal and said regarding the bed he had paid $1100 for it and it was quite new. His zinger was that if the client wasn’t so heavy it wouldn’t have broken.

I wish I had done this twenty five years ago when I was 50. My brother and his wife did and enjoyed it immensely. I was more into winters in Florida. Oh well I enjoyed those too. Enjoy your trip and tell us about it when you get back.

Yes but they still let me suck their cocks in the back room.

Actually you have it backwards. The gay movement was for male gays to have a space where the they could be and express themselves. They fought the fights and gradually won their rights. Then other groups with different identities weren’t happy with their situation and rode on the coattails of the gays to be included. I remember when lesbians were hostile to gays invading their spaces. But they expected to be welcomed in gay spaces. Today there is not one lesbian bar left in Montreal. They have migrated to the gay spaces. For myself, I would rather not have to put up with them when I am trying to have an all male experience in a place like Campus.

Providers: have you ever been unable to get it up for a client?
Luv2play replied to Gandalf's topic in Questions About Hiring
I have had it happen only twice in many decades of hiring. In each case I negotiated a reduction in fee as it was for a multi hour, in one case, overnight session. They both agreed. Never hired them again. Also didn’t leave any reviews. Just let it go. -
I don’t appreciate it when providers advertise safe only but show pics and videos barebacking. It’s a form of false advertising. What else are they misrepresenting?

It’s interesting you just arrived in the first country outside Africa to report a new case of Mpox from someone who had recently travelled to an Africa. This is exactly what I predicted yesterday in my post on the subject, that it was only a matter of time before this arrived on our shores. Given that its estimated only 1 in 4 Canadians at risk have been vaccinated against Mpox, we are going to see an upsurge in cases very soon, probably within months.
-
Given that the new strain is more virulent and has spread to a dozen or so African countries I would say it’s only a matter of time for it to show up on our shores. I also don’t project future trends based on past behaviour of new emerging virus. COVID showed us that.

Absolutely. Montreal had its Pride this last week culminating in the parade on Sunday. A lot of my regulars flocked there. I avoided it.

Will doxyPEP create antibiotic resistant STDs?
Luv2play replied to marylander1940's topic in Men's Health
Your sensible comments just reinforce the need for each of us to assess our own situation and practices. One size does not fit all. -
I had stopped screening providers about mpox vax status but will start again. I took two doses in 2022 but am open to a booster later this year if that seems advisable.

Will doxyPEP create antibiotic resistant STDs?
Luv2play replied to marylander1940's topic in Men's Health
What I like about the DoxyPep regime is that it is a very effective way of avoiding contracting syphilis, which is if left undetected and untreated, much more serious in terms of health outcomes. -

Also I don’t understand Sir Billy Bob’s reference to few jurisdictions endorsing DoxyPeP when the CDC represents the entire USA. -
Will doxyPEP create antibiotic resistant STDs?
Luv2play replied to marylander1940's topic in Men's Health
There is a distinction between DoxyPeP and DoxyPrep. The latter is daily use of the drug like PreP for avoiding HIV. The former about which I am talking is a morning after pill only used after an interaction either oral or anal when one feels one might have been exposed to an STI. This does not constitute daily or regular use for a client such as myself. It is different for providers who see clients on a regular basis. -
Will doxyPEP create antibiotic resistant STDs?
Luv2play replied to marylander1940's topic in Men's Health
As of June this year the CDC has now recommended that for a certain subset of gay men who have sex with other men, DoxyPep as a post exposure form of treatment to reduce significantly the risk of transmission of syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia, especially syphilis where over 90% reduction has been observed in open label randomized trials (lesser but still significant numbers over 50% for other STIs). British Columbia in Canada has also endorsed this new form of protection against SDIs and it is available in other jurisdictions such as Ontario if a doctor prescribes it. I approached my doctor yesterday and he gave me a prescription. In the past I have had syphilis twice, once over 40 years ago in my youth and more recently from a provider who gave me a heads-up after he tested positive a month after I had seen him. I saw a provider last weekend and he was on DoxyPep and generously gave me two of his pills (200mg) which prompted me to see my doctor. This is an evolving story and more people need to get up to speed on it if they have sex with other men. -
I went back and looked at them all again. One thing that struck me was besides all being very good looking young men, they all could be mistaken for being American. I think that is because America is made up of people from everywhere, both old time and more recent arrivals. This mixing of blood and cultures produces some of the most magnificent humans imaginable.

I would suggest that rather than becoming an expert you have become jaded.
