Please trust that we are already doing our best to make our spa better. We pay attention to every positive and negative review from our customers, and we make improvements based on the feedback. However, we have our own standards for deciding whether or not to terminate an employee.
You mentioned your issue was not resolved and asked me to fire Adem. My answer is: I will not fire Adem, because many other customers appreciate and enjoy his service. Another reason is that the complaint you provided about your experience with him was vague and unclear.
If you are very dissatisfied with that particular session, we are willing to offer you a refund. If you don’t feel comfortable seeing him again, you are welcome to choose another therapist or visit a different spa.
Most of our staff here are young people in their early 20s, and it’s natural for young people to make mistakes. I hope everyone can be more understanding and patient with them. Especially during this difficult time, they truly need this job.
As you may have noticed, there have been changes in our schedule, and for those employees who have seriously crossed the line, we have taken termination measures as well.

Had Abel my first time months ago. Polite but distant, decent massage, no connection or chemistry. Clinical “ending.” Figured he was either straight or just not into it — I don’t think things personally. 
 
Recently got out of another session — more reluctant to name names this time, although people have been asking about him in the thread — but when he was called out to get me he didn’t seem to realize I was the client lmao. The guy working the front desk had to tell him I was a customer. Once we got into the room he immediately got a bit… distracted from the massage, started smelling my hair and my neck and playing with my mouth and telling me how pretty I was. Things got more distracting… and finally after about thirty minutes of that he said “maybe we should finish the massage,” lmao. 
Anyway it was super fun and honestly I thought this only happened in online smut so there you go. Kind of curious if this has happened to anyone else lol
 
 

I think more than a few people will find him desirable.  Not that it matters to me. Lol.

Scrub and massage combo—very relaxing strokes, super sensual from the start with the best extras I’ve ever had in a spa. He’s been such a force in the NYC massage scene and - as the popularity of HK and 27 in this forum prove - he set a very high bar for service and experience. Hoping Yura and the team can keep to Ben’s high standards for his spas, staff, and customer experience. RIP Ben! ❤️

So sad. Ben was one of the first guys I ever got a massage from when he first moved here and worked at Greenhouse Men Spa. I remember him being so sweet.

Went last night for a 60 massage with Abel and it was one of the best massages I've had there at 27. He is not only so hot and friendly but has an intuitive touch and firmness that knew where the sore spots caused by a reckless personal trainer this week. Felt 100% refreshed -

As far as I know.  John has a full time job.  He will come to work at weekends start from July

Cody is great. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but his massage skills are great and shouldn’t be discounted or made to seem like not being a good masseur because he wasn’t feeling well. I can see why this situation upset you, but at least he told you in person and didn’t flake. A flake is a no-show or ghosting you. Being there to mention he’s not feeling well IN PERSON is not flaking. I also think it should be on management to communicate to the client if this happens. It seems like they tried to offer you a replacement provider. Sometimes having your situation happen might hurt the ego which is what you might be upset about. Don’t take it personally, these masseurs are human after all. And they can be sick, or tired, or going through something. Wouldn’t you rather try again when he’s on his A game rather than getting a shitty massage from someone who isn’t at full capacity? 
with that said, everyone else who is interested should def give Cody a shot. And he can adjust pressure to how you like it, just let him know before the massage starts. And the rest, well…you’ll see. Saw him last night and that was better than the first go, which was pretty damn amazing.
